I live in Phoenix and I was at Dunkin’ a while back and I saw Ariel in there and I knew she looked so familiar but I couldn’t figure out where I knew her from. I watched a few of your videos recently and realized that’s how I knew her 😂. These look soo good!

If you ever have the chance to travel to Guanajuato you will not be disapointed it is such a beautiful and full of culture state. Also my neighbor is from Guerrero and she makes enchiladas flat to.

People always forget that what makes Mexico's gastronomia so diverse is that every state every region of Mexico has a different receipe for the same dish. From north to south and coast is all very diffrent.

Yes girl everyone has their own recipes and that's Ok some people just don't mind their business. Our abuela and mom used to make these all the time those are my go to enchiladas love those and my moms from Texas with New Mexico & Chiwa roots (Chihuahua Mexico) The only restaurant I know that makes it close to my abuelas recipe with some green/red salsa is a little restaurant out in Casa Grande called Mi Amigo Ricardos. But those that Ariel made with ground beef look so delicious! Love the background! Saludos and enjoy!❤ oh yes, Almost forgot we had wonderful service & bomb pupusas made hot and fresh and their jaimaca was really good too at El Pacifico Mariscos y Pupusas in Phoenix if you haven't tried already 😊
