I am thinking of the Matthew 23:39, Luke 13:35. As The LORD is outside time and space, an understanding of the Words of The LORD in these verses, to me are that He will come and sup with anyone [who opens the door] when that person acknowledges that He is the Promised Redeemer/ Messiah (Hebrew Moshiach). The Words can also mean what Ariel is saying - The LORD cannot be called Blessed and acknowledged as coming in The Name of the LORD to the Jewish people who rejected Him, unless they exonerate Him.
