This is it! I’m getting my Xclass this week and have been really looking for long seats so I can move back a bit (I’m 6’1). While I wait for a custom seat, I’m so glad you figured out that the shorty will fit into the bolt holes if you move it back. So glad I found your video, it’s the first thing I’m doing to my bike (and then some new handlebars too). Thanks for the great review, and have fun out there!
I just ordered a blue X class this morning. Thanks for the seat hack, that's a great idea to see if I would actually prefer the longer seat. I'm only 5'-8" , but was worried about peddling it and not being able to get comfortable leg extension. This way I can try both positions before I commit to the purchase of a new seat.
Great bike. A larger, 24" or 26" wheel-version so taller folks can have a comfortable ride wouldn't be a bad idea. Scaling up could cost more. Also, I see the X-Class in yellow with black trim, I really think that would be an excellent look, especially with yellow tires and black rims or vice versa.
Hello Tom….thanks for the support. Yeah the X-Class 52v has that black with yellow trim color way as an option. I also have a larger framed E-Bike with 26in x 4in fat tires and will be doing a comparison video soon. Thanks again and keep watching.
Hey boss thank you for the seat hack. I might try it. I've been waiting for a long saddle too. Nice bike! I picked up the Grizzly and I'm liking that bike quite a bit.
Great idea! I wonder if this work on the Grizzly? Too many "average" sized bike reviewers out there; it's nice to see someone bigger then me review a bike.

I have posed that question myself and from my Research I've learned that the Grizzly has wiring that would be exposed so unfortunately this hack would only work with the Ariel Rider X-Class. Great idea! I'm 5'7" and found I wanted to sit further back but I just got the long saddle and ordered a custom seat that is softer. I find I sit half way back about where the lump was before. Enjoy the rides, I know I am loving mine :D

Just found and subbed to your channel. I hope that you were able to pick up a long saddle this Friday the 27th. I have to ride and enjoy thru you guys until mine get here - I'm in the after 8-30-21 batch. I got the X Class 52v instead of the grizzly. I'd want to deal with the "you know who" as least as possible. Do you have the links to the risers etc and was there a code for purchase? I'll be riding with my daughter and was looking for a group in NYC. Have fun. Would love to see some vids of your adventures on it.
