U know he has donated all his money from this concert to charity foundation for welfare of children and old people . He even donated money from another concert namely IPL opening ceremony to his own run charity foundation for development of village people ...so I don't know what's going on in his mind...may be he has a purpose to come to limelight. And above all he is a nice gentleman, humble , polite down to earth person. God given talents with simple lifestyle like normal individual. He has been in his hometown of west bengal with same home and a bike to commute. So bollywood has already know him for his work and it's beyond their imagination that a man of today's world can do that all . Though as usual once a bollywood superstar wanted to destruct his career but when whole nation is with him...that jealous superstar can't even touch him twice. Even a biopic of him is not enough to measure him or to know him properly. It's all deep inside and deep rooted. Exceptional GOD MODE characteristics. 😊😊😊

The entire song seems like an improvisation. A classically trained will never byheart. They can't. Arijit improvises literally every phrase. Much like khayal or ghazal or thumri.

6:45 These are called sargams . So for instance lets suppose a major c scale , c d e f g a b c . It like singing diff patterns of these notes and when you sing c you are at the pitch of c and when you sing g or any other note you are singing at pitch of that corresponding note . This is exactly what he is doing here , just in diff scale . In indian classical music we have sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa insted of c d e f …..so he is pronuncing combination of these notes at their right pitches. I think its c# minor scale , so c#=sa D#=re E=ga F#=ma G#=pa A=dha B=ni C#=sa

First the last phase of song sung by him is classical notes - sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa. 7 notes . He sung 7 notes in quick way and mix it completely yo make a different vibes of classical music jam with rock. It's just experiment he always does to keep the momentum going... it's his invention 😊. Now he is a pro classical singer and he did the classical training from the age of 5 yrs till 21 yrs old age. It's long journey of Gharana where his guru told him to abide all rules and regulation to learn classical tune . He was not even allowed to sing or perform anywhere and not allowed to watch television for long time . He also does rewaz [ means practise ] foe long time to get into this. That's y he is superb now without any difficulties in picking and staying at high notes. Effortless .
