Hello Eric: Thank you for this nice video! You go a lot of times far, like a 100 miles a day. Have you ever had problems with your motor Bafang BBSHD? Jarrod's "G-Bike" is great. With gas? Why is it so silent? Which motorkit is that? Where to buy? How fast and far can he drive? How big is the tank?
My dream is to take my ebike across this country. Can you imagine doing it with these two? I love both these channels. This is honestly fantastic! I actually needed out and got excited when I saw the preview.
Hi Eric, thanks for the videos! There is a product for your tires that is long lasting and harmless (unlike Slime), it is called Flat Out. You can get it installed at Electric Bikes of Arizona in Peoria. It seals holes like a handful of dirt in a sink drain. Like magic! I run it in all my bikes and trailers. Take care, safe and happy riding!
@@bobwallace530 My friends @Jarrod_D motor is gas. I think his tires were lasting around 2k miles with the roller. On this trip however it killed 2 wheels and 3 derailleurs. Think all these problems were because his derailleur hanger was not true. Day 2 shows his 2nd wheel give out about 19mi from a room.
Like your style eric long form chilled videos, i just play the vid and enjoy your commentary and slight craziness:). I appreciate your sense of adventure and getting to see America and the huge open spaces (the Uk is very green but quite congested in many areas) Take care safe travels and i look forward to more adventures :)
heh steak fajita burritos after almost 100miles is the cherry. So cool! I dunno if I have it in me to do that many miles I would imagine you are literally exhausted by the end of that even if you used throttle only I know I would be lol. You must have a GREAT bike seat lol
There are 2 types of dogs. One likes to chase frisbees and jump and shit. The other likes to ride in cars with their head out the window licking air. I’m the latter. Work smarter not harder. GGs!
Yea BBSHD ( www.amazon.com/shop/erictennant/list/1QZIL3Q2SFG6F?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ons_mixed_d ). In this setup all 3 batteries are in the trailer, and none on the bike. Was happy to put my water bottle back where it belongs.
I wish someone would do a video on this. The trailer, rims, tires and a big ass battery for long distance. It looks like the blue shrink wrap battery's are cheaper than the Home solar battery type. Not that cost is an issue for you.. Or maybe it is.
Not sure of its true limits. They have a tag on it that say 55 pounds; however with my gear, 55ah@48v battery, and solar panel I know I'm over that 55 pound limit by a bit.
