I have Benson rated as my #1 RB and Jayland Wright as my #2. Then Brooks, and so on. The first thing I looked for were players who made the first man miss.

as a fsu fan, thank you for giving this man credit. never liked cam akers going to the nfl as a noles fan, but he had hype. benson is that guy, keon cant run rrroutes and johnny cant catch, benson won us a lot of games man.

Bruh you sound more like a Miami or Florida fan Keon isn't the sharpest route runner but his contested catch skills are off the charts. Johnny did have some puzzling drops but there times when his size made him completely unguardable. Also Cam Akers was a FSU legend My point is for a "FSU fan" you sure do seem to have a "half empty" view of the proverbial glass

Also, as a fellow FSU fan, Benson was inconsistent in 2023 (especially compared to his 2022 season) and if you think of for example the LSU game, Keon took that game over and won it for FSU. And that's LSU, not middle Tennessee state or whatever

@@aaronchapman3 I’m a fan. With my own opinions. Glazing every player just Bc they wear an fsu uniform doesn’t make you a fan it makes you delusional. Every player I love, once apart of the tribe always apart of the tribe. Keon can’t get separation so I don’t think he will be good in the nfl. Johnny honestly if he can clean up his drops he might be something. Benson clears Akers for me all day. Cam was good, but I’m not calling him a legend. Neither is benson. Legend is reserved for dalvin cook. It’s like me saying I think FSU offense will be better this year without Travis. Because Travis doesn’t have a deep ball in his locker. Travis is a legend though. I love every FSU player but that doesn’t mean they’re all nfl caliber players

Benson and Fiske really put that team on their backs after Jordan went down. They are the reason FSU kept the undefeated streak going after his injury.

I have Corum 1, Benson 2 only bc Blake ended up in the perfect spot imo. Hes gonna take that job and we know what happens in mcvay system. Love the analysis btw, keepem comin

Can get through the initial contact and continue to pick up yardage, good vision plus has decent speed, behind a oline that gets it done he can be a difference maker on offense

This guy is THE rb!! I believe head to head and with a healthy Brooks, Benson is still the best of the two!! It's just too bad, Dallas seems to like Brooks better. Both are great backs, Benson just has that WOW factor!!!

Call me crazy but I don’t think we should draft RB unless it’s a 6th or 7th round pick. We need more depth at more important positions like OT, DE, LB, IOL, and DT. I would like to gamble our corners will be okay still a stretch but we need to gamble somewhere. Also gambling RB won’t hurt us that much. We will get a RB if it’s not in the draft it will be a FA after the draft right before the season starts to save as much money as possible.

So instead of drafting a starting running back in round 4 you would rather draft depth(backups) for OT and DE? Cool. You're not crazy..... You're something else. It's starts with a D and ends with a B. It also as UM in the middle.

Brooks wouldn’t be a redshirt, but he just tore his ACL in November. Wouldn’t u rather have a guy that’s 100% and ready. Brooks would play, but wouldn’t be fully in form until 2025

@joshuaort201 If they were comparable, I would take the healthy guy. But Jonathan has elite vision, balance, good in passing game and breaks tackles. He may be the only RB with first round ability. With that said you make a great point and I would understand why a team would pass on him for someone like Benson.

@@JayeKelz agreed I like the talent of brooks, but you gotta consider what you’re giving up as far as LB/DL/WR to try to draft Brooks or Benson in the second. Watch vids on Ray Davis and see what ya think. And I’m liking the dude outta USC as a 5th,6th round guy.
