Ark development team banned us after making a ticket against cheaters. because they made a mistake and banned the wrong tribe. They wont admit to this mistake and are trying to burry this. please help us make this right.
GM Raptor makes so many mistakes and he is never admitting. In general you pay the game therefore you are treated with arrogance silence and disbelieve! I will share this video as much as I can and if this is not changed. No future for that game.

GM Raptor just went in the middle of a big 1x war and red gun wiped some dedis of "dupe items" on one side of the the war, but left 80k tek gates and other items on the other side. He's a known pocket dev brotha.
clueless, the dedis were being used to crash the server on loop and he watched them do it to confirm, banned them and broke the dedis. Any other tribe should have gotten dev wiped for that, yet youre calling him a pocket dev lmao

I've had a similar experience with devs, was mid war and all of a sudden we got banned for no reason. They seem to do this all the time and refuse to admit it was their fault and will die on their ego hill
its because they are so used to getting away with it. they are corrupt. I'm sure he was paid off to ban you guys and then flagged you so that any other dev that looks at ur tickets and ban appeals will se you as a problem. it work on dolly of course it will work on their managers.

They've never cared about pvp servers. I have 7k hrs and moved on after asa dropped. They released a game that wasn't even close to being finished. They ruined pvp long ago

The GMs are completely incompetent. Back on ASE I was on a smalls server on fjordur and a hacker was wiping the entire server repeatedly and booting offline. THREE GMs came on and couldn’t figure out how to get it under control and the entire server was taken down permanently, taking all of our tekgram characters with it that we couldn’t get back to. The only way to fix the game is to go somewhere else until they fix what they’ve done wrong
the cheat makers have just gotten too good at what they do. selling cheats and making them is actually illegal. if they actually cared about the cheater problem they would seek legal actions against all these sellers.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you as well. as far as i know wildcard has seen the video and we have see some changes happening in the background. we also believe Gm. raptor is being reviewed by the company as well for all his shady behavior. we dont mind the bann and dev wipe as long as it helps make the game better for future players. its a sacrifice we are more than happy to make for a better future for ark. thank you for your time and support brother.
On one hand, yes the devs are pockets, on the other hand, I know from over 10k hours experience that anyone still playing ark official servers cheats. So while I'm sympathetic, I'm not really surprised.
what it really comes down to is a dev wiping the wrong tribe. he made a mistake and is trying to hide his tracks. he is well know for being a crook and is still somehow still working there.
I have 12k hours in ASE and hundreds of hours in ASA, I've played a LOT of official. Never once cheated. I am a legit player. I've made reports on ASE several times and it got handled professionally by someone that wasn't this Raptor person. It's a shame that folks that didn't do anything wrong are getting banned because of a mistaken identity. If not for the fact that I'd probably get the Seattle police called on me I'd personally go up to Wildcards' office and tell them my opinions on how utterly they have disappointed the community over and over again. Now if some sort of mod tool that's not officially sanctioned was used then the ban was warranted. Look at all the hacking that goes on in PVP, folks using aim helpers and the like to get a leg up. Bannable offenses get you schooled. Consider this a learning experience and don't beg people to do a report and get them in trouble over a tribe mates' actions.
Iam so glad i haven't brought this game they did this to me and my crew on the last ark game then my cousin got brought a server and then the server didn't go threw or something so we had to wait next month to pay again for a server but i gave up once i heard my cousin breath so hard on that day when we had to pay again smh then the new ark game came out i have seen it was the same graphics and the same servers so i was like yep im done

I've reported a tribe that was hardly cheating and aimbotting against us and as result, all my servers got dev-wiped and all accounts are banned. This happened just today. You can pin my message. @@Chuckcubano GM Raptor is an account that all the devs use. They are purposely doing these. There are worse things we've gone through like them transferring our whole tribe to another tribe (structures belonged to some other tribe suddenly), then rollbacking the server XD
Good luck, I was false banned and got GM Raptor for my ticket as well... I received a generic copy-paste response essentially telling me it will remain a permanent ban and they wouldn't look into it further (fully ignoring the evidence I provided). The moderation team on this game is a ridiculous.
thats one of the things that make me so mad about the report system. they always give that same cookie cutter answer. Gm. raptor is the most corrupt shady admin in this game. he needs to be removed and held accountable for all the damage he has done to the community.

Had the same thing happen in ASE, and couldn’t even get a reason I was banned, have never cheated. They really need to implement a better appeal process, the approach of auto closing tickets and not reviewing any new evidence while also not supplying details of why you are banned is not an appeal process. This is why ark support is widely considered to be the absolute worst in gaming, they don’t treat players the way they themselves would like to be treated.
One of the big problems with the enforcement team is that PVE and PVP enforcement are run by the same staff. it should be separate groups of people for the different modes. it requires a different skillset to tackle pvp tickets properly. And admins like GM.Raptor are just corrupt. take a moment and look at the comments and all the shady sht raptor has done. that guy needs to be removed from the team.
The same thing happened to shanetheshadow and the roller back the dev wipe. Why are gms getting this wrong consistently ?? Who's actually checking if their bans are warranted ?

Sorry to hear. Well same happened to me this week. I created tickets about cheaters, then I got banned instead. I also got the same replies you got from some prick called GM Noglin . PS I spent 1500 hours in total in ASE and ASA. Hard learned lesson, never pay a dime to shitty buggy games from cancer game companies. Consume the quality stuff only.
snail games so desperate to inflate their stock prices that wildcard is doubling down on banns and devs for things that previously wouldnt warrant such a punishment. Hypocrites talking about shady past while engaging in the most shady behavior. all we can do as a community is reach out to bigger content creators they cant ignore to cover this issue. most ppl i reached out to dont want to touch this topic with a 10 foot poll. but once someone big covers this there is no ignoring it.
This is why I play exclusively on private servers any more. The paywall acts as gatekeeper for most griefers; typically, the only way you get in is by referral.

we got banned for the same problem we got ESP nearly every day on our server and after they named they name to the end with 1 admins just devwiped us what crazy is this RAptor GM is the a BIG problem he do all for that people pay for him
I gotten false ban on old ark for "mesh base". I had a rat hole tribe that got wipe and the owner rebuild in the mesh before they remove me. I was in vc with them when they got ban for mesh base and then 15 mins I got ban as well. I wasn't in the tribe I was remove before they built a mesh base.
The reason so many ppl cheat is bc the devs are so shit. U legit almost cant survive on ark anymore without atleast an esp. And that is 100% devs fault
We are 100% Legit. 2 months still going strong. At one point we were even a Duo .. this comment saying "you have to cheat to survive" is fucked. Totally wrong and just makes the cheating worse.
i remember we had same issue during ase s65 when "who?" got devwiped but we had tp legit at the sunken been there for months since we lived on same srv and they just removed it even tho we didnt place after or during that devwipe happened. this devs doesnt play the game nor care for the player base. happened many times over and over, no wonder why their sharemarket value is down bad. I hope they fix it cuz i spend almost 90% of my time in this game and grinding away RIP
Wildcard do not own up to anything that is their fault unless there is a major call to attention on it. They even blame Microsoft for not approving their patches in time for their “release dates” , instead of planning ahead of time. I guess everyone at wildcard must just think it’s a coincidence that no other games have that issue.

If the tribe/admins are snail games, then it’s KNOW issue. Snail games admins are abusive to anyone not under their own thumbs. And they kick or ban anybody who gets in their way. Wildcard knows about it but will do nothing about it. Don’t play on any official servers. Only play on your own private servers. The only way around this is play ASE or ASA on your own private server. So many Admins are Un mature young kids or power hungry admins like snail games. Run your own server from space pc or laptop or rent one. That way you and friends can play together in peace without harassment. Just make sure who ever runs the server. Make sure there mature adult who stick to rules and plays fair. Doesn’t abuse their power. Don’t Give admin access to ppl who will abuse it. And those who running server have good upload to handle players and have pc 16 GB ram or more= 16 to 18 ppl can join. 32 GB or More ram= more ppl can join. As long their upload speed is good. Or have isp host for you. I ran ark server (modded ASE center map/island) for years on old i5 4c/4t 3.5 ghz, 16 GB, 600 mbps download /20 mbps upload for years. Using Ark server manager. (ASM). Asa will prob run just as well on and spare pc/laptop. Ram and upload speed are most important for 24/7 ark server. Running server from same pc isnt recommend (Cus how poorly ASE/Asa are optimized are) but can be doable on very high end system with 32 GB ram or more and powerful amd/intel Cpu. 10/12+ or more cores might be able play client and run server. But may not run well. Trust me dolly and ark devs will do nothing about this. Only solution is have somebody run private ark servers for you. This is the way.
You are right about this. We put so much time and energy into our characters and bases that we have to try. even if there is only a 1% chance we have to try.

I’ve seen my share of drama, made some new friends and many enemies too. Was on other unofficial ASE server. When their tribe kicked me from their tribe with no warning and attacked me,then banned me for no reason. Said I attacked while they taming a dino. I was streaming on twitch at the time, so had full video of their lies and bs. I did not attacked their dino or tame. It’s was long time ago. But was bs. A turning point for me. This forced me to learn and setup/run my own ark server from spare pc. Best decision I ever made. Had over 3200+ hrs in My ASE server, plus spent $1000+ building ark server and all time of setting up. Ran 2 servers, had over 100+ users profiles for 2.5 yrs before ppl just stopped played ASE. Average 5-10 ppl on weekend. Running and learning how Run ASE is what helped me get in with helping small steam indie dev team later on. First was beta testing, then later become tech help guy then moderator later. I fully understand if you have large tribe and all hundreds or/ thousands of hours put into building there bases and forming friendship. Even attachment to dinos and beast. But it all can be created again, on your own server which you can have more control over and even able do backup or roll backs when Either ASE/ASA does stupid stuff. Like dino kills it self or some stupid bug or save corruption, which will lets then roll back. Let’s face it. Wildcard devs are very unskilled. Compared Dev team I was with. ASE was base on UE 4.5 code which from 2015. Yeah game engine is that old. And they Never bothered upgrade it till now. Which explain why ASE was so buggy and very un optimizes. I wish you the best of luck, but chance are nobody from staff from wildcard will care. Everybody I’ve ever met from ark has told me same thing. “Play only on unofficial. “ Cus playing on official, is like playing on thin ice. This exact thing happened to my tribe, we were 100% legit and the devs banned us saying we were cheating but we did absolutely nothing wrong. We lost the biggest snow north on asa to this. And it was gm raptor of course. Our only thing we thought that could have possibly happened is they banned us for our previous history because we used to cheat with the same names months agony, but that is no excuse

from what we know now wildcard is aware of this. all they have to do now is do the right thing and fix their mistake. im just hoping that going forward these types of mistakes dont happen again. and that corrupt admins like GM.RAPTOR are removed.
We recently were dev wiped and banned wrongly in my opinion too. We were a 4 man tribe with 3 Xbox players and 1 pc player. Unknown to us, The one pc player had cheats about 6 months prior on a different account on a different map in a different tribe that none of us were in. Ever since then he made a new account and hasn’t cheated. Well someone found clips or screenshots of him cheating from then and still was able to get us all banned and dev wiped from it. How is it fair that me as an Xbox player is banned from someone else cheating on a different account on a different map in a different tribe that I wasn’t in 6 months ago. But you can’t reason with these devs. And we had proof I wasn’t in that tribe and that he wasn’t cheating on this account that was in our tribe, but nope they don’t give a sh** about the game or the people that pay for it. They just flagged our tickets and kept sending auto responses.
if he was the only one cheating and you guys didnt know, you guys where unfairly banned. its very rare that a dev fully dev wipes and banns for one person cheating. this was admin abuse.
@@Chuckcubano after going back and forth with them for a week they had made it clear that simply being in a tribe with a cheater is against TOS and CoC and that they will ban and dev wipe you for it. We were all Xbox players besides one PC player and the PC player did not cheat in that tribe nor on that account. Yeah the devs are corrupt man.

Yo my first time PvP small tribes me and my community (mind you we’re cod players) came in and grinded hard af became a threat started soaking a base and all 6 got crashed and banned for an hr when we got back we were all dead so we spawn at base and literally 150 gigs three alpha Rex’s and then the tech suit demon came wiped tf outta is I thought maybe was a dev but was like naaaaaaw ark just arking but maybe devs really be on this shit I’m only 2k hours in pve some I’m still new but damn
That’s what you get for all being named human and tribe of human, you cant blame the devs when you have made it difficult to do their job by not running proper names. Legit tribes dont have ppl called human.
you make a good point here. its just always been pvp metta to make characters human. just not worth doing it any more for this very reason. also there are many legit tribes that run all human characters its just the pvp meta.

This is why i don’t like playing official really. It’s got tons of toxic players and isn’t run properly alongside it’s laggy and doesn’t have many mod i hope they fix the ban though because they should be able to tell that your tribe and account was different then the cheaters.

we made mistakes in the past and learned from our mistakes. i wont pretend we are perfect. But after what happened we played fully legit since its just not worth it to do things the wrong way. dolly has seen the video and wildcard is aware of it. now we just have to hope and wait to see if they do the right thing.
We have had many reports made against us in the past for wiping people and them being salty for getting wiped. But they have never been able to ban us as we dont cheat.
GM Raptor did the same to my tribe on PS5 Smalls on ASE never made it right, gave us the same response too. We were getting meshed by a tribe who copied our name and reported them with a video of them meshing us then we got banned and wiped 🤣 in our case both tribes were a barcode, random combination of i's and L's (IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII) I guess he just joined server and banned the first tribe he saw with that name lmao

We can't be angry with her she has a lot on her plate. also the enforcement team gave her wrong information to cover their tracks. they flagged all our tickets and made us look guilty without proof. there is only so much they told her. she didnt have the full picture.

Dollie’s messages hint at more context than you’ve given here, she isn’t burying it either, she’s telling you flat out that it’s warranted, perhaps incorrectly, but still. If nothing else comes out of this, perhaps WC will finally look into fixing their tribe and account name problems. This tribe of human, and 123 non-sense needs to stop, most unofficial pvp servers already prevent this. We need cluster wide unique names, and cluster wide tribes with unchangeable names or at least a cool down on tribe name changes.
they have no proof of wrong doing. but because of our past they are keeping the bann and dev wipe. yes we fkd up in the past but after we did everything fully legit. this bann was a mistake by the admin. and they just refuse to fix it cause of our past.

So we play this season on conq center 3 after 2 server back to day 1 GMs didnt answer for 2 days and than at third day fix it but we got roll back of 3 irl days every tribemate that was talk about gms on dc got ban We found Tea tribe (devs) vaccum base on island with Forcefield (its ban) did report they answer some bullshit about privacy shit and i chack it after 2 days and everything was still up
We found Tea main base on SE we fob them and they place Forcefield infront of the way to their base we did 10 tickets and got answer after 5 hours that we alredy pack up Fuck this devs bruh stay strong💪

You or someone in your tribe used the net limiter cheese. BattlEye detected the program running and notified WC who then banned you. BattlEye does not make mistakes with flags like that, your ban was warranted.
