When you go to try to harvest small bodies or using something like a mortar and pestle that has a small hit box scroll wheel to first person view will make it easier to do it
TIPS: Use tranq arrows to knock out dinos and the crossbow works the best. Slingshot and punching also does torpor (sleepiness) to every dino. To make tranq arrows you'll need stone arrows and narcotics. Spoiled meat and narcoberries make narcotics in the mortar and pestle. Some dinos are tamed passively by feeding them their preferred food. You can disable the clouds which will increase frame rate. Place a bed and you have a respawn point. Place beds all over the map! Poop is used to grow crops and create fertilizer. Poop works as fertilizer but not as effective. You'll find creatures later that will help you convert poop into fertilizer. Each dino has specific skills while riding. Most herbivores will collect tons of berries, which really helps making narcotics. Later, you'll find dinos that collect tons of wood, stone and metal. There are a lot of new additions to the game. I love how you are methodic about going through their radial menus. Dilos having turrent mode is very new and a great addition.
To get the camping dinos off of your corpse, you can take a bow and arrow with you, shoot them, and lead them away... About the only thing I've found to work consistently... ;) (Oh, and you need to find high ground, at every opportunity!)
Well, you‘ve learnt too much between episodes 1 and 2. Kinda killed the fun watching you experiencing the game, at least at the start of the video. Hints : - please DO repair your armor (or clothing) : you have lots of visual clues that your armor is dented. - put a bed on your raft - chitin is pronounced (/ˈkaɪtɪn/ KY-tin)
