How do I do this on ps5 official server I'm getting everything except glass walls

Hi guys I'm playing on xbox I have 2 or 3 ghillie suits free in game they have the eye ball to show there cosmetic I have no mods on but when I make then nothing shows I can use iv died iv started new world ne spawns nothing is working any ideas
