Whatever you do, do NOT hit a Kentrosaurus (the mini stegosaurus with huge spikes) with that Giga. It's got a "rage meter" on it which, if filled, will make it turn against you and murder your various faces. The Kentrosaurus reflects damage back at the attacker and the rage meter is triggered by taking damage.

Haze I agree, kentros are definitely the giga's weakness. I found out the hard way once when I had my giga try to take a bite out of a kentro and I was thrown off him when he became enraged. I almost died but luckily got out of the way in time.

Haze not too mention but they also one shot birds by impaling them with said spikes and just like the last comment I found out the hard way in scorched when I was flying with a really powerful bird and i flew past one and it killed it

Congrats on the giga. To be clear, your giga will not be able to take on a wild giga. Wild gigas have massive buffs and yours will get rekt by a lvl 1 wild giga no matter how high level the tamed one is

To be fair I doubt they were ever actually mad at each other. As much as this is them playing a game, there is some degree of them playing a character at the same time. Think of it like reality tv... not necessarily scripted, but they react the way they feel their character would... then adjust as we say things like "hey why is Appsro being such a dick?"

Guys, I doubt you know a few of these facts, but I hope you see this comment, and remember it. If your giga takes too much damage in a short amount of time, he will rage and attack friendly dinos and players. So dont fall off a cliff with him. Also, as cool as it is that hes the sheriff, sadly he will lose to pretty much any wild giga. When you tame a giga, it loses a ton of its stats. Its still strong, but wild ones are much stronger, until you start breeding and imprinting one yourself. Btw, you should be able to take our pretty much any alpha creature.

yes dont attack other giga, biting a kentro can also rage it. level melee only since all other stats are useless 0.5 increments. the giga will be 2 times stronger if you tame a female and mateboost it.

It doesn't change it back to the stats they had on release, nor does it effect Gigas that have already been tamed. Also they can't breed with Gigas that were tamed before the mod was installed. I gotta tell ya, my Mom and Dad are in their 70's. I educated them on youtube a bit and my Dad asked me what I watch. Neebs Gaming was what I said among other channels, but I told him if you need a laugh watch Neebs Gaming. My Dad is a Vietnam Veteran with a purple heart and a bronze star so he's a bit of a hard ass. I have never seen him laugh so hard. He is in the process of watching the entire ark series. I don't think he knows it goes back years lol.

Phat Yeets no its any non-fall damage as long as its 2% or more of its health in 30secs (fall damage affecting rage meter was patched out with rag. dlc). On official anytime I see a non-tribe member on a giga I shoot it with the AR and watch it kill its owner before leading it into the ocean because they can't swim.

fall damage is ridiculously easy to avoid, you just jump off .03 seconds before you hit the ground, and then jump back on before you hit the ground, but after your mount hits the ground.

Really, it was Dora's fault. To be exact, he got too careless probably not expecting that a wild Giga has such an enormous damage and cone of attack. Or that a Wyvern could go down so easily... but when the level difference is that high, even a Dodo could kill a Raptor. :-/ Not to mention, Wyverns' are pretty squishy and, as I said before, wild Gigas have ENORMOUS damage and a huge cone of attack. So even if they are at the same level, the Giga will kill the Wyvern with only a couple of hits. Honestly, I don't think that wild Gigas should be that strong. Even a single digit level wild Giga will easily kill a high level tamed one. Sure, every tamed animal is weaker than it's wild equivalent, but in the case of Giganatosaurus, the difference is just beyond ridiculous.

Guys big warning I don't want yous losing ur giga so big piece of advice don't jump off cliffs or fight a horde of dinos if a giga gets down to around 60% heath it will turn on its owners and friendly dinos so be caucus when fighting with it and also don't fight wild gigas still u may think u could beat one but tamed gigas loose a crap tone of health and stats it goes from 80,000 heath to around 17,000 and also wild gigas have the bleeding buff the allos used to have so don't say I didn't warn ya

Good job guys! Just a quick tip if you don't know about it. You can hide your hat you're wearing in the emote menu (hold 't') and the option is in there! You will have the armor and insulation

Congrats on the giga. Its nice to see you guys go for a high level as high levels are way better. I would not recommend fighting a wild giga with your gigs even a low level. Tamed gigas get nerfed A LOT compared to a wild one. I had a bred level 300 giga and almost died from a level 60. Keep up the great work guys

2 minutes and 18 seconds. That's how long it took them to make my shittastically agrevating day way better. Almost as if I wasnt even mad in the 1st place. Thats a new record, even for you guys. So thank you. I really appreciate you, as im sure we all do or atleast should. And....i didnt even have to get high to calm down...also cuz of you guys. Guys, you NEED to build the walls around this town with stone Behemoth gates. That's the only thing the giga won't attack, and another one is gonna spawn right on your base next time you spawn in. You need dodos for kibble so you can tame thousands of pteradons to lead the giga that spawns there off the cliff by the obelisk.

Funny story: when I was a kid, I went to Animal Kingdom when it first opened. It had a ride inspired by the old Disney movie Dinosaurs. I wasn’t really afraid of the Carno animatronics then. After watching your videos and seeing you guys having problems with them, I went to the ride last month and was FREAKING OUT when I saw the Carnos. I actually yelled out continuously “Take your ass back to ARK!!!”!

Please don't attack a wild giga with your tamed giga, the stats of a tamed one are massively reduced (still stronger than a rex) and if your giga takes too much damage in a small amount of time your giga will go rogue, throw you off and try to kill you for a while

Hello crew of Neebs Gaming. Since y'all have spoken before about possibly not going to aberration. I would like to suggest some mods that would make your gameplay experience more fulfilling. 1. Jurassic Park expansion. This mod adds all the dinosaurs from the Jurassic Park universe into the game with the ability to tame and ride them. 2. Cross aberration. This mod allows creatures from aberration to spawn on any map also includes a workbench to create saddles and aberration only equipment. 3. For Thick. Military weapons + tranq darts and military weapon extension discontinued. This mod is exactly what it sounds like it adds a large variety of military-style weapons ranging from small Firearms to assault rifles grenade launchers and a whole variety of non lethal weapons great for taming. 4. Ark ACM version 2.7 is a handy tool for modding the game and spawning in whatever your heart desires. 5. Medieval structures, medieval props,LC camping, Eco trees, pimp my house, The Game of Thrones, all of these individual mods are great for those who wished it had variety toward decorating one's house or even building ones mansion to fit their own needs or dreams I have many many more mods that I have added to my game since I play mainly by myself this is made my gameplay experience a lot more exciting and fresh

xDurban Coast the main reason why I like the Jurassic Park expansion mod is simply it adds over 40 plus carnivores and around 20 herbivores not to mention the Aquatic Life it also adds an extra level of danger to any map you play on so far with my experience with this mod. With the standard animals that are T exist on the map + The aberration the map then becomes more intense with the amount of possible threats
