And then it goes without saying but the ability to render aid to the best of your abilities that’s why it’s always wise that if you carry a firearm, you should carry a small medical kit as well, including a tourniquet, wound pack, and chest seals.

I agree with your comment except how is that the fault of social media? The fault lies with the parents first. If after delving into their story you find out that they did in fact request and/or get help from others (professionals), then perhaps the fault lies with those others. But to blame a tool for what a person does is a cop-out. Social media, any & all software and associated hardware is just a tool. As the saying goes, it's a poor workman that blames his tools for a job poorly done. Example: Some of my former neighbors gave their 2? 3? year old baby girl a phone. She watches mostly music videos AFAIK. Will that little girl grow up to be a psychopath? Or to have other issues because of it? I don't know. But clearly that's her substitute nanny and a nanny is no substitute for a mother & father with good morals. Social medias fault? Not from where I sit. They could have easily bought her some educational toys to learn the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes & so on to give her a head start on school. Instead, they took the lazy, uneducated way out. She had 3 brothers I think the youngest was 8 or 10. He (or they!) could have played card & board games with her all day long. She would have learned numbers, counting, several colors, money and maybe a little about real estate (just playing Monopoly) if her brothers were willing to teach her. I saw no such games in their house. I did see an Xbox that 3 boys + stepfather played constantly unless they were watching a video. They'll all make excellent video game soldiers some day. Social media? I think not.

The answer is simple. These people want to be famous and social media does that. Spreading their work, name and mugshot worldwide in minutes.

Exactly right. Almost guaranteed to find people there at any time of day or night the store is open. What other store would you carry out such a crime? They do it everywhere there are people. Convenience stores, gas stations, anything where there's the "right number" of people. Whatever that number is for that particular psychopath. Maybe they were on hallucinogens and were hungry, when they got to the store they saw these imaginary monsters and started shooting them. No idea.
