Crybaby driver was flinging those two passengers around in the back seat like popcorn in a skillet. Trying to outrun ASP is soooo dumb - he might as well have been driving one of those Little Tykes Cozy Coups because he had zero chance of escaping.
HAHAHA @ little tykes coups!!!!! OMG!! too funny...u could SEE the suspension roll....why he thought he was gonna escape in THAT car is a mystery to me!!
@@supramby Running usually mean's you've done something wrong. (not always) Then you got speeding, illegal lane changes, reckless driving,,,,I'm sure there will be more charges but that's just for starters. lool
@@tomjones2202 Fleeing a traffic stop by itself is a felony in most states, so you could've started with that. Edit: Just checked, fleeing is (as of 2023) a class D felony in Arkansas.
Issue is. This level of inaction is what gets these idiots off their crimes. Its crappy policing. White satisfying in the short term. Long term this guy can get away for the actions in this video
He didn’t do it on purpose. The siren is electronically linked to the gear selector when in code 3 so whenever in Park the siren shuts off, he shifted to Reverse without turning them off so the siren went off.
Yep and yanking a dude out a truck like that in a non-emergency, while in extreme pain may lead to claims of torture, charges dismissed and a lawsuit against those officers and their departments.
I don't know who this trooper is but wow is he seasoned. Listen to the gas control, just waiting for the opportunity to PIT, not worrying about scratching the paint. The commands were perfect.
Arkansas State Police may have funny hats (for the times) but they are second to none in their tenacious enforcement of the laws of the land. They ALL go above and beyond to protect the law and people of their state!
I like the fact that the perp is responsible for paying the tow bill if the owners of the cars he hit need them towed. That's on top of the broken leg, the charges he picked up, and presumably repairs to the other cars. If you don't have a license, DON'T DRIVE.
@@timothyhh I got hit by an uninsured driver once. I paid my deductible and my insurance covered the rest. Almost a year later I got a check from my insurance company returning my deductible with a letter stating they went after the guy for every penny, and eventually got it.
@@timothyhh I don't think they'll need to pay the deductible, but that might be in the policy they have if there's a clear "not at fault" situation with the police reports and visual evidence. The insurance should take care of the costs - but the real annoyance comes from knowing your vehicle(s) are damaged and off the road for repairs. I was stopped at a red light and had my car rear-ended by a novice driver futzing on his phone shunting me into the intersection. Thankfully cross traffic stopped in time, but my car was a write off. The real inconvenience was the next few days needing to organize a replacement rental etc.
@@TheSledgehammer205 Don’t know which insurance company you have, but I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. Police reports clearly stated I was NOT at fault, and I still had to pay my deductible. Don’t know of any insurance companies that waive the deductible, but if you do, let me know so I can change companies. 😂
Doubt that loser has any insurance. Tax payers will pay for the medical bills, Owners of the other cars won’t get anything, so I hope they had insurance on their cars. The court fines won’t get paid so he’ll spend time in jail at tax payer expenses. He doesn’t pay anything.
Arkansas saw police is like Dollar General’s. There is one around every corner. And they don’t play. There were at least 10 showed up, plus the chaplain 😂
Where on earth does Arkansas find soooo many clean-cut, fine looking officers to wear the ASP uniform? The only trooper I have seen that does not appear in really good shape is Trooper Escamilla and she carries her weight quite well. The Arkansas taxpayers are definitely getting their money's worth!
The officer’s swift and precise PIT maneuver was a textbook example of skill and professionalism, effectively neutralizing a threat and ensuring public safety. Major respect to the Arkansas State Police for their outstanding work!
To me ALL Arkansas State Troopers are my favourites, they may not have the Byrd name but, they all do their job with the same tenacity and positive energy. Thank you one and all.
Yea u will love it when one day the right attorney files for dismissal of charges and federal lawsuit on claims of torture. There was no need to rip that man out the car like that with a broken leg and in extreme agony. That responsibility lies with medical services unless there is an exigent circumstance like car is on fire.
@@AcuraLvR82 I would like to agree, but it's not going to look too smart when he reaches into the center console at some random moment, grabs his Glock and unloads on the cops. What say you?
What are you talking about “tough guy”? He is a god damned tweaker driving a stolen car with no license. Where in your addled mind does that equate to a “tough guy”?
I fell at school and broke my arm but since no bone was sticking they did not believe me. I kept insisting. It was more like an electric shock feeling all down my arm when it was touched and I had never felt that before. I fell on both arms years later and broke the same one. I knew that familiar feeling. I was always told a broken bone would be stronger. Apparently not in my case.
@@bills6946 Leg bones are bigger than arm bones. I whacked my hand and got hairline fractures in 2 fingers. It hurt but was not "falling on the floor" painful. Perhaps the bigger the bone, the bigger the pain. I think you might be onto something there. 😁
ASP sure has some mighty fine troopers. They stay so fit and ready to perform their duties. They sacrifice their lives everyday getting idiots off the road endangering other peoples lives. I love the ASP. And their governor. Arkansas is a beautiful state. ❤❤❤❤
Similar to mine. A ladder slipped while I was climbing up to a garage roof. Snapped my tibia. My workmate was unable to get the truck right beside me, so I dragged myself over to the truck, where he helped me in. At the E.R. the nurse asked what was wrong. After I calmly told her, she pulled up my pant leg and said “Oh yeah, that’s broken”. That dude was howling like a two year old 😂
Do you really think every fractured leg is the same pain wise? I've had between 40 and 50 fractures and I know for a fact some aren't even noticeable until later and some hurt more than tooth ache and being kicked in the balls (to the point you need morphine and/or nerve blockages).. You really think that everything you have experienced in your little bubble is identical to everyone else eh?
@@C0MPUTERPHILE Sounds like we touched a nerve. You must be one of the screamers. I couldn't give a rat's azz that a criminal fleeing from the law broke his leg. But, you do you.
@@speedyme200 👍 if you could see my cars, you wouldn't say that. They've a had very rough lives and have the scars to show for it. But, guess what, idgaf about thier appearance, so long as they work. Just a metal box, get over it. I have and always will. Enjoy your day.
Yes! I was like, what in the world?! Looks like they've been living in it, too! Backseat passengers were hardly even dressed. Either they were sleeping in it or doing the hanky panky back there 😂😂😂😂
If I'm going to try to evade ASP I'm definitely going to do so in an "older SUV" due to the supreme acceleration and excellent handling an older SUV provides
"Due to the consequence of my own actions - that could have cost others much worse - I cannot comply." He gets pulled out hollering anyway, and that is beautiful. No sense going easy on these nonsense people. May the memory of this make him rethink his choices, especially when they affect others.
I broke my leg half year ago, joked with work buddies and calmed them down as they almost fainted seeing my leg twisted to an angle and later just hanging like wet spaghetti. It did not hurt enough to holler like they are skinning one alive. I even tried first to stand with it, but it vas just making crunching noises. Now I have enough titanium in it to make airport checks more interesting...
Either that lady is really short or that Trooper is huge! Also did not feel sorry for the driver. Wish I could’ve seen the pit from one of the other cameras.
I have a rod in my leg after experiencing an open femur fracture. AMAZINGLY...the LEOS didn't become involved until AFTER the incident. God Bless ALL LEOS
When I was 68 years old, I slipped on ice and broke my leg. I managed to get myself up into my truck, and went to McDonald’s for lunch. I then went to a doc in the box for treatment and he said that he did not have an x-ray machine, then I went to the hospital, x-rayed my lower leg and found it broken. I did not whine at all, I did not cry at all. This cretin cried like a baby.

@@C0MPUTERPHILE my little bubble is a spiral fracture of a lower leg bone that is known to be quite painful. Your 30 or 40 fractures or 40 or 50 fractures make you sound very very clumsy.
what is actually going on in Arkansas? Is there something in the water that makes damn near everyone who sees flashing lights behind them run like there is no tomorrow?
Reminds me of the time we were getting unstuck from a wadi(dried river bed) while towing some ied ridden MATV's with sling legs. A random ied goes off in the distance, and after making sure we were clear, we continued working to get free and back to base as we had been out for days patrolling, catching ieds and ambushes. After several minutes pass, we see in the distance walking toward us a massive group or afghan locals carrying two bed frames our direction across the bare landscape. As they got close we could see the wounded on the beds, from the ied blast in the distance. We stopped them from getting top close and our interpreter was able to confirm with the locals carrying the beds that the people had been hit by and ied and needed help severely. So we grab litters and get the men off of the beds and bring them to our trucks and our medic begins his duties. One of the men had both of his legs severed and mangled below the knee, one of his feet had turned into hamburger meat inside his shoe. The medic took the shoe and emptied it into an empty mre bag and set it next to his thigh. The men didn't speak English as they were afghans, but the one was begging the sky "why" repeatedly in a whaling fashion. I'll never forget it. I asked the medic if I could give him some water, and he reminded me that fluid intake with that kind or blood loss wasn't the right answer. He had already morphined both dudes as they were both chewed up pretty badly. A call to the nearby base we had almost made it home to saw an ANA truck come out and pick up the injured locals. We got unstuck and found yet another ied before finally dragging our asses back to the mechanics and getting some hot chow.
@jimgrant4348 Thanks, man. It was fun and it wasn't fun. Good memories and bad. Just wish it would have ended much differently, of course. But politics, huh...
ASP have me laughing becauuse no sh1ts given towards suspects when they complain. Jeez!!!!!!!!! A chaplain turned up to give this guy last rights over a broken leg?🤣
Love how he says his rights, confirms he understands -- *then* asks if he's tweeking. He can always say, "I need to know if you might me ODing,". While whether or not he answer truthfully, he's effed. He lies, says no, & he is, he lied to law enforcement. He tells the truth that he is, he get DUI. Smart move sir, smart move.
🤣🤣 "Your first clue probably should have been, as soon as that white car with the blue stipes got involved was to stop." 🤣🤣 It's geat how the Trooper's calm demeanor deescalated the driver and the situation. Awesome performance and professionalism!
