well I don't plan on diving with it so good there but the rain on the other hand is a different story. I only took it a few times this year to big and bulky so I took my 30-06 rest of year.

I did not weigh it. I have not looked through the SH4 to compare the 2 scopes. The main reason I got this one is for the 25 zoom power for the long shots I might be taking with this caliber. If not for that reason I might have gotten the other one. From what other say there's not much of a difference but there is one since I have not looked through the other I can't help you there sorry.

yes but I wanted it to fit in the same case. It barely fits in the case as it is. It's good now being the scope is same height shoots fine, video coming soon.
