After playing two campaigns with her, I think Daisy might be my favourite Core Set investigator. Gathering clues and advancing the Act Deck felt much easier with her around, compared with other two-handed setups I've tried in the past. Her character also synergizes well with either Old Book of Lore and Encyclopaedia, as already noted in the video. I also appreciate the challenge of turning Daisy into a combat mystic who relies on Shrivelling and/or Blinding Light for enemy management. Arkham Chronicle is absolutely right that it feels risky, but having 2 characters who can reliably deal 2 damage per action is just what the scenarios asked for. It really relieves the pressure on the enemy-fighting character (in my case, Roland) who could afford to flub a few fight actions, and it allowed him to roam around the map and punch up some acolytes who needed to be questioned - safe in the knowledge that the clue-gatherer can take care of herself. In my mind, I called this duo 'The Inseparable Roland Banks and Daisy Walker'; I haven't had this much fun playing Arkham Horror LCG in a long time!
Hi Mate.We are still total noobs at this video lark so sorry about that. There is probably going to be a clanger in the Agnes video that try as we might we can’t fix. But as long as the information is top notch I hope you will bear with us.
