Note: only Angelina heals the wall, skalter only apply def buff to the wall and funny thing is, only work with angelina skill 1, and won't work with skalter and perfumer passive heal
This came up once before, but due to Angie's passive healing being a flat 20 - 35 HP, it behaves entirely different from all other passive healing which normally scales off of Bards and Perfumers ATK stat. Medics and all other healers are already strange, since they "attack" allies to heal them. Passive healing does not target, but it checks every viable entity to see if it can be healed or not and "attacks" it. Ironically, Angie's healing not scaling with ATK makes her a genuiune healer. It probably just checks for allies and heals indiscriminately without looking or triggering other tags. As for why it only works with Angie's S1 and not any other skill, I can only guess. I don't know enough about game dev to unravel what makes SP on ATK Recovery and SP on Auto Recovery change this interaction.
@charginginprogresss That doesn't change how her second talent operates. I figured the reason Angie's healing bypassed tags that prevent other healers was precisely because it isn't considered an attack. If S2 and S3 didn't work due to her not being able to attack, that would suggest the healing on her talent is an "attack" and therefore triggers the same tag that prevents Medics and Bards from healing the rocks. TLDR; If S2 and S3 prevented her talent from targeting the rocks with heals because she can't attack, then her talent would never have been able to heal the rocks at all. Unless, for whatever reason, her talent is treated as an "attack" while not triggering any of the other tags that are there to prevent said "attack." Which could be the case, as the first and only Decel Binder that doesn't attack when she normally should during skill downtime.

I always look forward to these even if they're not the most 'engaged' of clears. Always funny to see a skill that is definitely supposed to kill them not do so in a variety of situations.

This certainly was one of the more thrilling Surtr Annihilations. Just one more Medic would have made it more hands off, but there simply wasn't any room. Both physically on the stage and in the Squad. Though Ines did surprise me a bit, she and her shadow were very important.
Saileach would have to drop her banner on either Warf or Skadi, who aren't in her S2 range, never mind Surtr herself. Since it would only ever cover Mulberry and Eyjaberry no matter the skill, S1 is more DP/sec
wonder why you didn't bring silence, her talent quite helpful if you bring a ton of medic and did I just see that stone heal itself because of skalter?
