This stage isn’t that bad… Just use a marksman sniper or two. 6 tiles of checking is more then enough.

Don't forget about those Command Terminals from Code of Brawl event although those terminals do not count as civilians but they do deduct HP when destroyed. 😂 At least those terminals have a use; give an additional deployment slot when you spend 20 DP to activate them. 😃

Judging from the level and difficult stages, i think the first one should be around Floor 3~4 and the second one should be around floor 4~5. HG really want us to take more 3 block ops, when doing IS4 run.

first is 2nd second is an encounter that can become a battle

The enemy at the right red gate can make all civilians unblockable as long as he is alive and not blocked.
