for anyone who didn't know, her second base skill is if she is in the "energetic" state her morale will be switched with the last op assigned to that dorm

Basically morale battery, placing energized Fiammetta with a fatigued operator will ended up Fiammetta getting fatigued while the target operator becomes energetic, then charge her for 6 hrs (or lesser if the target operator have at least some morale), and place her with another fatigued operator and repeat

@@redfield7106 She hates literally all of her codenames, and in the end went with Mostima's suggestion back in "Code of Brawl" to just use her name, which is most likely Fiammetta.
Her codenames all come from in-universe terrible B-series movies, and she's a cinephile who likes good films, so she hates them even more for that reason. They're given to her ON THE REGULAR by the Notarial Hall, probably explicitly just to fuck with her, because of Laterano anti-Liberi racism. The Suffering codename is probably a very good name thematically and also is in her HP loss talent's name. Thematically, Fiammetta is a character who suffers for others that won't (she doesn't understand why Mostima and Lemuen aren't infuriated over what happened to them, and she doesn't understand why she's the only one that's angry).
Fia has fixed morale recovery rate at 2/hr and cannot be boosted by other morale recovery boosting skills, so at longest you will need to leave her for 12 hours to recharge from 0 to 24 in case people are wondering if its easily spammable..
But wait, if it's 2 morale per hour, doesn't that mean that from 16 to 24, she'd need 4 hours to recover 8 morale? So why is it 3h and 31 minutes in the vid right after the swap? Granted, that's still more than the 2 hours it would be if the dorm bonus applied, but it's still less than 4 hours. So it looks like something funky is going on here...
@@VW5318 phantom isn't at exactly 16 morale in this video, he's at an in-between decimal value, say, 16.xx. fiametta should copy the exact value from the operator she's swapping with, rather than rounding to the closest whole morale number.
if you have ling with her in command room ling will remove additional morale consume per hr from her base skill (which make dusk return to normal morale consume as like everyone else) if you paired with rosmontis for productivity if ling is under 12 morale will get stacks for rosmontis which is direct opposit from dusk. so yeah, it might be worth more if fiammetta swap with other ops
If we have 1 operator but already 0 morale, put that 1 ops with 0 morale and put Fia-chan at same dorm, 0 morale ops instantly recharge morale to 24, but Fia-chan become 0 morale and need rest

The fact that she gets both of her base skills at E0 and that nothing changes for E1 or E2 is even more busted. Basically, just exist to Suffer for the base.
