@@kamuipgr3429 depends. For most situations Lumen S3 is just better, it’s infinite duration, has solid range, and it’s pretty unique ability to provide resist and cure abnormal conditions is generally more useful. Skalter S1 has its applications, especially for group healing, it’s pseudo-global range with the summon, and a very strong healing output for a somewhat short duration to both operators and also summons. The trait effect increase plus the damage sharing mechanic makes it solid, but in most situations Lumen is going to be better.
Lumen can cure the Fire Ring?!? WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY USEFUL WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING WITH CHAPTER 8 EDIT: The gacha section was just... painful to look at ;-;
Hi, I used to play Arknight, I played it from global launch and quit right before W Release. Is it worth it to come back to the game now??, can I beat current hard content with old operators?
A lot of the older units are still very much viable, though you'll definitely be missing some of the newer meta units. The game has some powercreep ahead, but for the most part it's still very much worth getting back into, especially with the amount of QoL changes made since then. The usual old meta ops are still great until this day (i.e. Exusiai still has the highest DPS ceiling, Silverash although not the best like before, is still a great Physical Burst DPS option, Saria is still undeniably the best Healing defender, etc.)
Sure, everything hard content/ normal content is doable with old operators, just be a bit of creative thats all. Arknights was never about "meta" or something like this
I'd say definately give it a try. The game has become better than ever with new game mode. You will be able to clear everything with older operators but it might be challenging especially main story chapters 8 and 10, you should be fine on the events as the normal stages are quite easy. Its a good time to comeback as the limited banner starts on thursday so you get free pulls and a lot of stuff in the event shop and after the event there's gonna be a really good banner for a new or returning players. Its gonna be a special banners where you can get only 4 specific 6* operators and 3/4 are really good. Also in the new game mode IS)integreated strategies) there's tonns of rewards to get.
I quit back then on Chen Guard release date because of work, came back 2+ years later (May / June 2022, kinda forgot) and i still can pick things up quite fast. The game is really enjoyable, especially with the new roguelike game mode. One of the best game i've ever played.
She isn't broken like some certain blue women but she is still a strong op. She increases other abyssal Hunter's HP by 20% if I'm correct. Her 2nd and third skill have high dps with high up time with module. Her substitute deals a good chunk of dmg with her stage 3 module but that's it. She ain't broken by any means
On launch she's strong but not broken, then when modules get levels and she gets her 2nd module she becomes incredible as either a solo unit or in Abyssal Hunters comp
On release she’s mid, suffering from questionable cycling, poor usage of the archetype’s special mechanic but with module and alongside other abyssal hunters she becomes really strong.
Theoretically I suppose it could, yeah. That said, she swaps with the lowest health percentage ally that's adjacent to her, so you'd have to be sure that only allies at full health are next to her.
Shouldn't be. Though it should be noted that splatter becomes significantly better after her module levels, but still nowhere close to meta defining (but is incredible for AH teams)
The CN community was angry that a limited operator (chalter) was so broken so they promised to not make any other broken limiteds. It makes sense though. Closest thing would probably be ling but only if you plan to min ops or trust farm a stage.
At least they got 6* unlike my blue lady banner and GG banner. I really wish i can full pot Nut and got both irene and spalter. Wish me luck. I'll wish your luck too.
That shit happened to me when Skalter hits global. Legit got 3 off rates in 60ish pulls (not even kaltsit). Crazy time back then. Literally lost the 50/50 3 times.
