Self and other Operators with a Barrier from Devices obtain Attack +15% and Defense +15%
2nd Skill (M3):
Stops attacking, Max Health Points +70%, Defense +30%, Device effect changes to making the Operator obtain a Barrier equal to 6% of Catherine's Max Health Points per second (cannot exceed Talent cap)
