That's just Patriot. There's plenty of bosses that buff other enemies on the field. There's Mephisto (Doubles HP regeneration of possessed enemies and heals), Patriot (Buffs ATK and DEF of all enemies on field), Big Sad Lock (Buffs speed of all enemies while shield is active), Pancho Salas (Buffs all enemies ASPD upon downing an operator or dying), Andoain (Annoying dodge and damage reduction field), Ishar'mla (Heals allied units while in Skadi state), Fallen Snowpriest (Attacks enemies to buff them which doubles their movement and attack speed), and Harold (Heals and buffs all allies ATK and DEF).
