When there are 4 [Sui] operators in the team, all operators gain +12% Attack and recover 1 SP/s
1st Skill (Mastery 3):
The next attack heals 180% to nearby ally with less than 50% HP
Can hold 2 charges
2nd Skill (Mastery 3):
Stops attacking and focuses on healing up to 2 allies within range.
Increase +120%, Block Count +1 and 1st Talent Increase 1.5x
Healing has a special interval
3rd Skill (Mastery 3):
Expand Attack Range, can heal allies while attacking, Increase +50% Attack,
When there are ground enemies within seeded tiles, allies within skill range increased +25% Attack and +25 Attack Speed. When enemies pass over seeded tiles, grant the following effect to them:
After going 2 distance away from that tile, the target is teleported back to that tile
