Here's my rendition of Arlecchino's Character Theme "Lullaby". It kinda goes hard, if I do say so myself 😳. I'm taking a short break at the moment, but I couldn't let Father's theme pass by without attempting a cover. I'm still not the best with this genre though, lol. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it! ^^

Her glitchy aspect, and the music's solemn and calm tone yet somewhat eerie sends a chill down to my spine. Its great listening to your cover, Keep up the good work.

Thank you!! I really like how the team at Hoyomix consistently captures the nature and personality of the characters through their music. The electronic elements, sound effects, and use of dissonance among other aspects, really paint a picture. This may not be my favorite genre or theme, but I admire the narrative that is presented here :D

@@sumes Honestly I was expecting less EDM from her demo and boss theme in general but hoyo always manages to make it sound good! The children's choir thats always incorporated into her theme is my favourite part!

@@nolongersavingforlynette I feel the same! I've come to accept EDM in character theme's even though I would love if Hoyo leaned more into orchestral music. I was slightly let down by her boss theme though, particularly the second phase. But maybe I just put my expectations too high :DD

How did I miss it...? XD Anyway xD When I first heard Arlecchino's theme in her trailer (a trailer which, btw, I find very disappointing, it's a shame for such an important character to have made a trailer so unmemorable) I immediately thought: “Ah, that's going to be a good trailer theme, but a very bad theme to listen to”. And it's more or less true xD I love the beginning, but I don't like the drop at all, although I do love the notes during the children's choir, which is a really good idea and suits her perfectly. But the whole moment between the drop and the choir I don't really like T^T And the ending without the voices from the trailer is way too abrupt too, it's not the first time I've said that, but it's the case, I don't like this sensasion at all, like it's not over but it cuts off sharply xD In any case, it doesn't change the fact that I absolutely LOVE the character!!!! :DDDD Good job on this cover tho, naturally, but this one will stay where it is this time xD

Haha, I agree! Some themes are just better suited with the visuals and I've seen a surprising amount of people complain not only about her trailer but also her weekly boss theme. Arlecchino's music seems to be quite controversial indeed 😂 I try my best with the covers to make them enjoyable even without the visual, but there's only so much I can do. As for the abrupt ending, I know you've mentioned it in the past. Most of the time I keep it that way to stay close to the original theme 😂 Anyway, thank you for giving it a listen even though her theme didn't interest you much!
