Hearing the Fatui melody you get in every Fatui boss fight always gives me the chills

People in the comment section doomposting as usual. There isn't a single beta boss theme where the comment section isn't full of people saying that the music 'fell off' compared to the previous patches. And I've been here since Signora's beta. You all are so goofy

Notice that at the end of Arlecchino's theme, we can hear the musical representation of her glitch.

People complaining about the dubstep in the second phase absolutely know nothing about symbolisms and representations. Notice how it starts after we hear Arlecchino's iconic snap. It gives us the hint that the song intends to enter a different realm, just as how Arlecchino enters briefly in a different realm for a split second when she uses her burst.

I remember that people thought that with the departure of Yu-Peng Cheng, Genshin's music would drop in quality, they were very wrong.

Why's everyone comparing it to scaramouche's boss fight ost? It's so easy to hear that the vibes and atmosphere are completely different. You can't really compare them

Tbh The only thing Genshin dont dissapoint is their music for bosses and ost they are all so damn good and the symbolism on each fatui tracks are amazing

quick reminder that all the weekly themes started as unfinished prototypes of the final project, and this is no exception. the male vocalist has been used to test all the fatui boss themes and will likely be replaced by a female lead vocalist in the final product

I like how the theme completely matches her in phase one the children choir make gives us her memories with the children of church. The beatdrops with fatui theme make it even better in second phase.

I love that you can't hear the Fatui theme in phase 2(there is some glimpse, but it's very and heavily changed). Like she's consumed by rage, or by hatred, or something else(can't know without doing the quest). It gives the feeling that she loses herself, at the end, she's not the 4th harbinger, she's a demon, a wolf in sheep clothing, a monster, a foe to defeat

The first part of phase 2 sounds pretty good, the dubstep part at the end leaves something to be desired tho, but that’s prolly just personal taste, I always thought genshin would stay away from dubstep until we each abyss or smt and even then I would hope we gotten smt orchestral. I was very cautious but this theme blasts, damn I can’t even imagine something that’ll fit Arle more that children choir, organ and opera mixed with dubstep. This dubstep isn’t a light one like in Narwhal theme, this one is straight up Skrillex level hard dubstep and I’m in love.

Tbh, I never expected to see so many lovely archetypes on a Sole chatacter; The error on the matrix, The vampiress, The Divine cursed human, The Tragic Fate Bringer, The elegance of a swan, She really has so many stuff going on and I love it

I just noticed around 2:00 or 2:20, we get to hear some bits of Signora's theme. Arlecchino must've been friends with her since only her and Pierro who called Signora "Rosalyne" (her real name) in the Lazzo and Arle was upset when the others kept yapping in the funeral. The Father must've been close to The Fair Lady Aint shipping them btw, Im not one of those rotten brains who just ship whoever they see

2nd phase always slaps with boss themes

The first time I listened to this was at school and I didn’t really like it at first but the more I listened, the more I started to get hooked. Personally I don’t think it’s my favorite that I’ve heard, I personally think the Narwhal theme is my favorite but this is definitely really awesome too, second phase especially and honestly I can’t stop listening to it now and I can’t wait to hear it in game! Hoyo really out does themselves with their music composition and each song for their boss fights always fits so perfectly with how the fight and character your fighting goes

Same people complaining are the same ones who will fail at her weekly. This theme sounds too godly

2nd phase theme surely can be a bit hard to get into first time listening, but I got hooked on the melody on subsequent listenings. Kinda like Scara's theme.

I wish they would just go crazy on the difficulty for the story bosses for once like man ever since the raiden shogun boss it has been downhill, like we're never getting these bosses in the spiral abyss or anything so just kick the difficulty up to 100 or something idc. It's hard to take these bosses seriously when people are killing them afk like the scaramouch boss 😂

are you sure this is unfinished? especially the last phase, it already sounds insane and not kind of empty like the other beta boss osts

I wonder how the music mixing in the game will be because sometimes i feel like the music is louder over the boss or quieter than the boss' skills and I can't tell how big of a part the music will be until I play through it. I feel like the music will be over her attacks though since its more of a storytelling opera.

4:32 my favorite part, I also noticed it's the most replayed part. 10 out of 10, reminded me of the 2nd phase of scara boss but instead of adults yelling with scara showing pain with his voice, it's arlecchino asserting her dominance in the orphanage. (ofc this is just my personal interpretation for the extra fun, everyone can perceive it differently)
