Hi Jingwen, thanks for watching. You cannot go wrong buying in Arlington, it’s one of those towns that had a huge growth in popularity in recent years due to it’s excellent location and schools. Condo fees have been raising everywhere, we see $500 condo fees even in much less affluent towns. Costs are raising for the upkeep of the buildings. You have to look at numbers in general and see if it makes sense for you. I will be happy to help or direct you to a knowledgable lender who can help you make sense of the numbers, if needed. @@BostonAreaHomes I have 2 tell u at the borders was worse .I try 2 cross them when me & my when my x-husband were just dating so he had 2 come over bcz in Canada we had more freedom than the US. Although I think they saw a woman .When we got engaged they gave me a 6 month stay. Howevwer I kept coming & going within the travel of both customs & kept renewing my VISA. They told me he has 2 petition u in & there's no more extended stay. So again he kept coming until we chose 2 get married & he then petitioned me in . If I would have a permanent stay & we could have moved in 2gether just as a couple we could have prevented immigration,all these fees, & all marriage plans. But America wasn't open 2 me coming in & living with my boyfrined ,the agent at the borders told me right away u u can't be unwedded if this isn't discrimination I don't know wat is?This is the land of freedom ,it goes forward just 2 go backward.I mean just like In Canada America, brings in married people who's marriage in arranged 2 come 2 work & pay their taxes. If the politicians didn't discriminate, they would have petitioned the women in from others countries instead but rather give authority 2 their husbands 2 come 2 petition them in . They see these marriage scams done & yet give no voice or independant immigration from their husbands 4 these women 2 work on their own . Instead they have kids & then they choose 2 get a divorce & the government tells them that their on their own. The don't care about the kids either. I feel as idf the government divorces people on purpose 4 some type of compensation. or type of power or control issue. I e-mailed the USCIs,the white house, the city hall of Boston & yet no one got back 2 me on this subject. It's hard 2 know wat we work 4 as well...
