I mainly use the flop as a counter if im loosing pronation and wrist flexing. I use it to jam up and push them to the back of the pad. But the main thing i think is important is being able to capture the opponents thumb. Ive found if u can double cap legally it is super effective to just put their thumb in prison. Gotta have strong grip for this though
I was just thinking that arm wrestling reminds me of early mma in its development. Been checking alot of your technical videos. Very easy to grasp your concepts. Now I just need to strengthen my wrist - or just focus on flop press 🙈🐒
