Once again your methods of explanation are absolutely wonderful. Thanks for taking the time for all us ARMA fans weather old or new. We cant wait to see what you show us when Apex comes out. Keep up the good work. Your a info sniper!
I wish I had more potential stealth gameplay in relation to the perception of AI . Unfortunately all enemies are instantly allamiert once you elemeniert a soldier himself from 1000m Distance :(
+iGame360fficial i thought those markers were custom made by the player himself. anyway when i put the marker on a map i dont see it in the actual gameplay. or at least it didnt show up last time i tried it.
+Garrad3 I wouldn't say it's restricted to specific servers, but more like the different ways of playing the game. While you can apply tactics and maneuvers to nearly any gamemodes in ArmA, they will have the most effect when playing in realistic settings, for instance with a milsim unit. Usually you don't see this tactical side of the game when playing on public servers, simply because it takes a bit of effort and organization. Playing with the same people regularly within a community gives you more room to play seriously and tactically if that's what you're looking for. If you're interested in joining a community or unit, go and look at the ArmA III Units page. There are literally thousands of units available to join: units.arma3.com/
You should play on Tactical Battlefield PvP server (more info here: www.tacticalbattlefield.net/forum/app.php/page/servers ). It's a public server where you can experience tactical gameplay like in this video. And remember, it's public, so all you need to play is to download the mods, follow the rules, and have a microphone to communicate with your teammates (using the TFR mod).
+Garrad3 it gives 1 server only at weekend in the coop section: name - tour of respawn if you like teamplay you will like it. the nice thing is u have only 1 life when u die u get kickt off the server and you need to wait till the mission is over, that can go 30 min or 2 hours.
do you need a beefy computer for arma 3, is there a tutorial for arma 3 and is there an active player base? and if not does arma 2 have a tutorial active player base and do you need a beefy comp for it?
DatCritikalGamer i just got arma 3 today on my windows 10 laptop and with nothing added on to it like cards it does good.and i dont know about the playerbase but for me arma 3 is super fun.
If only we could these guides that'd be great. I mean 99% of the Invade & Annex public servers are a mess. People are running around like headless chickens and there are no squads and no communication.
you want to see proof that arma is not optimised? Get msi afterburner with rival Turner enable system overlay monitoring aka on screen display you will see that the game only uses maximum 30% of your cpu thats just one core and in effect fps tanks hard, and also bottle necking the gpu making shitty frame rate Don't believe me? Try it ur self,
+Miklide my cpu has 4.4 GHz from the factory still 30 fps on low to utra settings (Multiplayer) no difference ... sad life, also i have an msi gtx 970 overclocked from factory ...
+BRANDON VEGA In the multiplayer filter, filter for "Capture the Island" or "Sandbox." Play Capture the Island, Liberation, Wasteland, King of the Hill, etc.
WHEN ARMY DETEINTED CONFIRMED (INFOS)REAL DANGER ONLY ? FROM MULTI-SOURCES DESTRUCTION WILL BE FIRST ORDER ; THIS IN VIDEO FOLLOW ( NAMED CLEANNER ZONE) VISUAL RECO -CONFIRM ERRASE DNGR DISTURB?>!
I'm a arma fan but not going to lie another paid dlc that will force people to pay or be left out . this isn't a cheap game and to make another high priced dlc shame on arma
In one of the recent SITREPS on the ArmA III website, they announced a price decrease for the game, but the expansion itself still remained the same price. If you pre-order the expansion you get a 10% discount, which ends up being $3 USD, but still more than $0.Damion Thorne
One thing I would say is. The BI DLC policy has been very lenient. They all had free demos, you can use most features for free (each DLC came with a load of free features, e.g shooting from vehicles), paid features have very small limits (Can still play on serves with the DLC, can use most of each DLC without buying it [helicopter are a big example] ). All of this on top of their usual free updates with game changing stuff. SO in my opinion I would say that Arma is priced very leniently, especially this day and age where DLC is both badly price and implemented.
