I think he was just shooting the shit with the guys at the gas station because they had been talking out of RP for a bit beforehand, but for the video's sake I try to cut that extra stuff out. As far as I know, I've never seen him messing around with his admin powers when there's actual RP events happening. Keep in mind this was my very first time meeting him, so I hope this was just a random one-off kind of thing just to have some fun with the other players :)
