Rachel. I'm definitely gonna make these for Super Bowl. We've always loved jalepeno poppers. I garden and do lots of canning with peppers. I use a tomato corer to hollow out the peppers. Makes quick work. Anyway I really enjoy your down to earth personality and your unique ability to explain your recipes so well as you prepare them. Thanks!
A regular ziplock bag with a little bit of one corner cut out works great as a pipping bag if you don’t have one. Just make sure that the hole is small enough to fit into the jalapeño so it can be filled.

Goat cheese is a good substitute for cream cheese. You could substitute spicy Italian sausage or get ground pork and add spices to it that are commonly found in Jimmy Dean sausage. This way you can control the level of spiciness with red chili flakes.

oh my goodness Rachel, I love jalapeños and I make so may different things with them but I have NEVER knew to cut the tip off and fill them like that!! I cut the stem off and use an apple corer to clean out the insides but this is MUCH better so the stem is used to hold them!! Brilliant!! I was so excited I now have to go back and finish watching the video!! haha I know I’m going to love them and will definitely MAKE THEM!! thank you for sharing!! I wish I was your neighbor, 😉 🤣 I would be wanting to taste everything you make, I’d be like move over Ron!! haha
