We all struggle with sin only Christ is pure and holy keep your faith and Jesus will hold you and no one can touch you remember all our sins are nailed to the cross and Jesus always love and forgive until he returns to judge all. just keep your eyes on him and repent, we all fall short at times 🙏

Trust in God that he will give you whatever is necessary for your salvation. You are only at fault for decisions you make that are in direct disobedience to God and his church. And ask St Nikiforos the Leper and Wonderworker for help. He helps greatly with things in regards to the *2020 struggle*

Cease giving fear into the flock. Give hope as the new testament did , as that's how the flock grew. Be the best fishermen possible and good shepherd as possible. Inevitable is that, free will is that. Don't give up if you believe you're unworthy as you still have friends, even if they belong to another mob . Christians need to unite against all the trials and tribulations before them . Yes I'm biased , just look at my name but i hold no shame due to the pain of reality of life. Those that know will recognise.

Hello, I was raised Oneness Pentecostal and I am thinking about converting to Orthodoxy. One question I have is about Mathew 28:19 and Acts 2:38. At first glance, they appear to contradict on how you should be baptized. Jesus says to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Peter tells the crowd that they should be baptized in the name of Jesus. However, throughout the rest of the NT people are baptized "in the name of Jesus" or "in the name of the Lord." Not once is it ever mentioned that they did it in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The way Jesus commanded. I always used to hear the argument that Jesus was referring to the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost as titles. That they were simply titles of himself. And that that would mean that when you baptize "in the name of Jesus" you are doing what Mathew 28:19 says because according to the Oneness Pentecostals, those are only titles for Jesus and that there is no Trinity. I'm beginning to understand that Oneness doctrine is untrue, but I still don't understand this. Why is there a discrepancy in baptism then? Please if anyone can answer this that would be great.

At the Lord's Baptism on river Jordan, an Epiphany happened - Father, Son and Holy Spirit were present. Orthodox Church performs Baptism in the name of the Holy Three. As about the other accounts you mentioned, it is merely result of the sloppiness, as Bible is Church's manual that was never meant to be taken outside of the Church. Within the Church there are no doubts about those alleged discrepancies. When one is at home, one feels comfortable and safe... that is how we Orthodox feel about the doctrines of the Church. You can read document titled Didache, which is early Christian writing and in it you can also find instructions as to how Baptism is to be performed in various situations. You can find a copy online if interested. Cheers.!

@@Mars20231 That is one of the Biblical expressions of the mystery of the Holy Trinity... Three persons are still one God united in essence. Another one is in (John 14,10). Perfect unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit sharing in divine essence, yet recognized with their distinctive properties - Son is only begotten One by the Father (John 3,16), Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father (John 15,26).

I'm so concerned about the two witnesses who will appear in the midst of unrepented jews . But when we focus on the story of Lazarus and the rich man when the rich man went to hell after his death asked abraham to send someone to his brothers on earth in order to repent but abraham said they have moses and the prophets to listen to..so thinking of this verse do you think enoch and elias will do something if they appear to the jews? For me it is contradictory to Abraham's words. Two witnesses story is still a riddle for me can't understand the full message yet. Any response?

This is a fun time to be alive for those of us who WAAAGH!!! at the moon. Give us superpowers? ❤👌 They already can't "kill us" and let them also be unable to "kill us."Everything we say comes true." What he says we make happen. Take the cork out of the bottle. Amplify the faith. Pray power into the hearts. Know, and See. Whoever is going to be speaking to the spawn is already amped up. In their own way. You can't see it. But we do, in fact, breathe fire. 😂 Wonder how literal we can make this go down. It's really up to the mind. Body follows. Spirit protects. We are just waiting.

1st, John, 4:1, John used the word spirit for unbiblical doctrines, @Rev, 16:13-16, John foresaw a three unclean spirit that comes out from the mouth of the dragon (satan) Beast, (ancient nation) and the false prophet,,, this three unclean Spirit is 100% unbiblical doctrine, as theres nothing else will comes out from the mouth, except drunks or any stomach troubles, so, if these three characters will gather he Kings and the whole world to a literal battle against, the Almighty God, 100% no one will stand to fight God,,, but if this tri unclean spirit point out to trinity doctrine, as it comes out from the mouth of the inventor false prophet,, almost all kings on earth and the world were gathered,,

@@StupidityindexI don't know what transaction that is. But it sounds tyrannical. You know I found Jesus without a church or Bible? It's a spiritual walk. The Bible is a handbook. But life repeats. Reality is a pattern. Sounds and Special effects. If you open your heart in the right direction, you find the answers you seek. You still need to find your way back to The Son. The Font of Love. Because where Jesus can forgive and forget? It's a little hard for me. And I'm totally okay blocking the entrance if I don't like how you smell.

@@TheodoreIosifidis-gx4qbTrue. I believe there’s a very practical element behind why the Orthodox typically don’t try to explain the Book of Revelation. Leads to despair and panic, while still not really having a clear understanding of what St. John’s vision meant
