Armenian Ashugh Sheram ( Grigor Talian ) was born on March 20 1857
Sheram’s birthplace, Gyumri, is known for its rich cultural heritage, and it’s no surprise that such a talented and influential figure as Sheram emerged from this region. His contributions to Armenian music and culture have left a lasting impact, making him a revered figure in the country’s artistic history.

Բաժին աշխարհքս վերանա դարձավ,
Ապրում եմ, համա ապրումներ չունիմ,
Էլ ուրիշ մեկին սեր-սավդա չունիմ։
Շերամ, սեգ յարիս սիրտն է սառել,
Էլ ի՞նչ ես իզուր փարվանա դառել։
Չոքել, կաղաչես սարին ու քարին,
Ուրիշն է տիրել քո սիրած յարին։
