hi, we want to travel to georgia with our parents. do you think that travelling around georgia is ok even for people around 60y ols? how did you travel in georgia? did you rent a car and drove it yourselves? or did you hire a driver? is it safe to drive yourself if you have no experience with off road driving and only drive in europe on normal streets and highways? :) please respond. i am super stressed and don't know how to plan this trip and not sure if my parents can make it as well. i am more of a backpacker, but my parents will have suitcases and they are not very phisically fit and used to discomfort and tough conditions. so i am not even sure if this country is a good choice for them.. :-/ the mountains look absolutely beautiful.

You did a great road trip. I am planning to visit goergia in june and will be doing road trip from tiblisi to mestia should we rent a car (which car) with driver or find local transport. As i have heard that the roads are not good to drive by yourself.
