We first met @arminvanbuuren 2005 in Sharm el Sheikh, we opened for him on his debut in Egypt and it was the very first time meeting him. At that time we released 2 singles which he supported on @asotlive. When we met him, he was so nice to us telling us that he really liked “Eye of Horus” encouraging us to do better and I still remember this sentence: ”with hard work and dedication, you can reach anything you want”
1 year after that, started chatting with Armin online on msn and sending him our new music.
Can’t lie, I used to show off in front of my friends, telling them I'm chatting with Armin van Buuren on MSN :) until one day I sent him fkn feat jahala - why (Aly & Fila Remix) and that was the time when our music really clicked with him.
He played it on ASOT, gave it tune of the week, then sent him the week after lost witness Vs Sassot - Whatever (Aly & Fila Remix) and I remember his answer: ”you guys on fire right now” he actually played it on ASOT the week after, gave it tune of the week also and our remix of “why” was Future Favourite. At that time it was too much for us to take. We couldn’t believe that we are getting this kind of support from Armin himself. To keep it short as the story goes much longer than that :) we are so proud to finally have our first collab with Armin van Buuren, the one who pushed our music and brand so much and still supports us so much. A great friend and we will always be grateful to what he has done to the trance scene and to us Aly & Fila and @Fsoerecordings label.
