Armin still makes trance. This year he made -Rising star - Safe inside you -Gaia - In Principo -Gaia - Carnation -Games of Thrones remix -Stardust -and many more on his album. Eg this track Embrace +hes considering making a Gaia album in the future (would LOVE to see that) He now produces a mix of trance and non-trance music. There's nothing wrong with that. What annoys me is whenever he posts a non trance track eg Off the Hook everyone says "RIP Armin, RIP Trance". Armin STILL produces trance, just not 100% like he used too. At least better than Above and Beyond and Tiesto.

Although I agree this isn't purely trance, and may seem commercialised, the album seems to really capture his purpose and title of the album. Armin's idea of this album is to mix different sounds with his, meaning that he will try to make trance songs that is mixed with sounds of other genres, abolishing the genres all together in this album. Sure it would not be trance like we would expect from Armin, or to be honest, any type of trance at all, but I think all the songs so far seems to be quite well in in-cooperating different types of genre to his own genre. People should stop saying "trance is dead" and stuff like that, cause this album was not really meant to be trance, it was meant to be a mixture. As much as I would really like to hear a nice, classic, and pure trance song in this album, I am prepared to not hear something like so, simply because this album was not made for it. So stop bitching bout how "trance is dead" or "Armin is not trance" and other various insults just because his recent few songs were not full on trance, and instead realise how he is trying to break this "wall of genres" and make music, into simply just music. If you dislike the song, then just go away and move on, no one is forcing you to listen to this. Have a nice day :)

Next #intense is on the way. This will be his intro song for festivals after the album release..
