So Himself talks about a potential use in the linked video -- if you have a moment where you can ki-charge (eg, they're slumping off the wall), you can do that and then force a mix between fire breath (high unblockable) and the blue-spark dark upper (safe mid launcher)... ... I'm not convinced that's a great option? Maybe there are other ones? Seems dangerous to use.
Oh, that's the 3+4 string! 3+4 (hold 3+4) is the handspring into the back-flip throw. It's unbreakable, but you can duck it on reaction. 3+4,2 is a flying elbow drop. 3+4,1 is a body splash.
