I look at these Armorfasts as a blank canvas or basic model. good for the guy who likes to play with his stuff and wants large numbers real fast.you can get them to a war games level easily , and and you can detail them now and make a really really good display model out of there. I myself I like large numbers of vehicle and I don't want to spend a lot of time building those tracks. I'm getting older so these quick builds and some diecast are good enough for me
Nice presentation and explanation of the Armourfast kit. However, it is probably a somewhat simpler kit in the detailing. Good to use if you need several without much effort. Some of your other Sherman are better at that level of detail. Greetings, Joachim
Hey Ronan- Another nice review of Armour Fast. Check the Italeri 76mm Sherman tanks as they have a bit more detail but are closed hatched. That said, they tend to be small compared to the PSC Shermans but are probably comparable to these Armourfast models. You did a really nice job with that Hasagawa. When I size compare, my Hasagawa panther comes up close to my PSC panther, so I suspect that the sizes between those two companies are perhaps comparable. Are you planning PSC kits to compare?
