Siempre, you can always give suggestions, pros & cons, but at the end of the day your client has the final word, it is their house, you are working for them so long as their requests & idea aren't ridiculous and is according to code. After all you also have a name. reputation & a license to protect.

Good alternate idea so is putting up the mattress against the wall every now and then when not in used as suggested and much easier to do...the room has good ventilation, so it'll keep the molds down low.

No, not correct Gary. In the end I paid 18k pesos per sqm as mentioned in cost vlog. The contractors original quote was 20k per sqm. Once final structure was erected I requested to finish. Negotiations began and we drove it down. Regardless of finishing or interior. 20k is 20k. A signed agreement with any company holds them to that price whether they go over time or mis quote materials. I saved appx. 500k pesos in the end.

So in USA when I buy a house the price is inclusive of land, fence, building permits, and road improvements if any and that total price divided by sq ft is cost per square foot - I agree with you if you only include house cost then yes it’s 18,000 and a bonus is if you include the patio it’s only 14,000+ php sqm 😁

Due to the weather. Pag concrete ang house para kang nsa loob ng freezer whereas pag wood warmer po xa. Sa mga countries that have winter usually mga bahay nila is made of wood.
