Very 1st run on the new MA 1225, this is my new favorite big wing span foil coming in at 93.5 cm wide it turns extremely well and after this drone clip I turned out some tip sprays and at this size you can ride out smooth with out drop outs or resetting. The sustained glide is impressive and is definitely a perfect balance all around foil wing for the small surf and with the short fuse and 212 or v tail you can whip it good yet still get great pump and glide.
As in this video you can turn the flat days into epic days with the right foil size and efficiency. It was a perfect day to test ma 1225 and get into a chill flow state.
This foil is very user friendly yet pushes high performance as it’s very steady fast and rolls rail to rail smooth. What I like about this foil is it so well balanced and does everything really smoothly, the leading edge is much sharper then the HA foils! I’d ride this head high to ankle bite size waves. It will probably replace my 1125 ha as I love the turns on the 1225 🤙🏽🤙🏽 the pump to turn ratio is impressive am happy to see the evolution going where i been wanting it for years.
