You are damn right, i damaged my wrist trying overpronating through the hand because i did not know how to finish properly the movement once i made the first hit with back pressure at the center. I am focusing a lot on that rotatation of the body with side in the last weeks and the stress on the wrist is much less

Applying your cup (wrist curl) with your toproll pronation will give you much better hand control. You'll take their wrist and pronation. Just making a general statement 💪💪

IMO a great way to keep your containment fingers from 'falling off' when pronating with back pressure is rising...at least, thats what ive noticed in the past 6 months
