Army Adventure Training | Nordic Skiing Course 

Here’s a look at week one of my Army Adventure Training Nordic skiing course. The 2 week course teaches us everything we need to go from novice to competent group member. Based out of the Thon hotel in Skeikampen, Norway, we’ve covered classic ski, avalanche rescue and emergency shelter building. The course which was entirely free is a great example of some of the amazing opportunities available to people in the Army.
