Army of the Dead movie reaction first time watching! Zack Snyder did very well on this crazy zombie ride and nowhere better than Las Vegas! Hats of the Dave Bautista. He crushed this role. And Garret Dillahunt (Fear the Walking Dead) was a great heel! He also crushed his role and the whole cast! If you are not a zombie snob, you will be entertained by the Army of the dead. If you are a fear the walking dead or the walking dead fan, you possible call backs (Sort of) and can we talk about the damn zombies? Zack Snyder took them to a whole different level! Bravo Zack Snyder. It was great to see a different spin on them and it wasn't in a zombie apocalypse. Hopefully, Netflix will continue to give us more great movies like this.

I would’ve pissed myself laughing if when Dave at the end was like “I got something for ya” and then gave her the middle finger. She literally got them all killed for NOTHING

She didn't get anyone killed. Everyone moseying around like they didn't have a nuke-shaped time limit about to be rammed up their asses got them killed. If dude had just got in the helicopter instead of standing there like some kind of triumphant jackass, Alpha Zombie probably would have ate shit jumping for the heli instead of actually getting in. So he got himself and the pilot killed, at least.

Loved this movie. Nearly everything was fantastic. The exception being Kate. Couldn't stand her character but everyone else was amazing (Dieter, Scott, Van, Peters, and Valentine ftw) Wrote my first review about this film that made it to two websites so was pretty stoked about that as well. Can't wait for the prequel and sequel. Excellent reaction as usual guys!

Thank you and thank you for watching. Yeah, agreed. Kate was pretty annoying 🤣 it will be interesting to see what happens in the prequels. And saw some theories in our comments and some other videos about Vanderohe. If true, that will be wild if he got bit in a different time line and turns into the omega zombie. Etc.

I don't like zombie movies, but this movie was so good. Badass action scenes, great fun, gorgeous visuals. Loved it.

at the beginning you can see two ufos watching whats going on when they are leaving area 51. those zombie robots I thing they are monitoring . BTW just suscribed

@@BaddMedicine it’s another failed time line. The government and the Japanese dude with the help of our creators or engineers that made us also have invented a time machine. Like that Tom Cruise movie where every time he dies he starts his mission over again only the government is in control of the time travel or as in the his case travel back in time. That’s why the 3 dead bodies by the safe were wearing Scots clothes and The helicopter pilots clothes and the 1 dead body had the necklace with a key symbol that the girl who got her head twisted in front of the elevator was wearing. The blue fetus and blue in the blood is alien borne virus. Also the cyborg zombies were placed inside by the government to monitor the kingdom Zeus the alpha zombie had created.

They did a prequel called Army of Thieves. It's about Dieter and his backstory. It's fantastic.

Originally Chris D'Elia was the originally the pilot and got replaced by Tig Notaro after the film was already nearly complete if not done. If you notice shes never in the same shot as the others.

Theres literally dozens of shots where shes seamlessly composited beside the rest of the actors, thats the reason it was so impressive when it came out

This movie makes ZERO sense. If they just wanted the head why not send in trained military since he's working with the military. And if it's a no fly zone --they easily fly out without issue? No military is watching for zombies trying to escape? And dude makes it all the way to Mexico and didn't turn in seconds....the movie setup that once you're bitten you turn within seconds. lol.

@@BaddMedicine I also think if there's a sequel we will see the coyote. Since they only showed she was going to get bit. And as a human she knew how to get in and out quickly and maybe got out of there as an alfa before the bomb dropped.

A good 1st time watch for me with you guys! I saw 'Army of Thieves' (good heist film) cool that Batista in this & recognised Ella Purnell here from watching your Fallout videos! 😀 (she the one who took out Batista) Loved Quinn's biting reaction & his "Spray & Pray" & "Stick Around" comments 😆 also I want that Tshirt design Dave is wearing, be nice to add to my collection! 😎

Sadly the movie just sucks It felt very inconclusive, nothing even mattered and pretty much everyone just got wasted in the movie, I get the motive and as to why this is the start of a movie series, but it was still a let down and didn’t feel like anything was really at stakes, let alone worth it. But I guess that was the point, not everything goes according to plan.

@@BaddMedicine not at all! I think this idea of zombies acting like, let’s say, a faction, is a pretty neat idea. It’s something that can easily be expanded on and can be a great story element in te future

If I remember correctly, I don’t think Tig even filmed with the other actors, she was filmed later and digitally placed over another actor. She ended up being on of my favorites and I couldn’t even tell she was added in later.

I agree. I honestly am starting to believe Netflix delt out some quick cash for good reviews. It's hard to believe almost EVERY film reviewer on RU-vid legitimately enjoyed this dumpster fire ? Well be sure to thank all of them, because thanks to all these "great reviews" we'll most likely be seeing a lot more of this garbage. Let's be honest, this movie would've tanked hard in theaters if anyone had to pay to see it.

Personally though I just don't see why so many people have it good reviews ? I could drone on all day with the problems in this movie alone, but hey that's just my opinion lol.

I can see your point, but it was only a bite and not death like big Dave's character. Which would make some sense that it would take time to fully take over the body. Compared to death.
