Currently about to conduct PRT in 15 minutes but haven’t done PRT since 2014. Wish me luck as I try to remember everything from 9 years ago in 15 minutes lol
Thank you for this video I’ve been trying to get back into shape when I was in BCT I gotten stronger and I like to do that again now that I’ve been out of the army for 11 years now
They just want to see full body motion and make sure you are not hiding any injuries, someone is always on side or behind watching who is unable to do the motions. That’s all it is. And to get your heart rate up before the real PT
It's actually a good program for keeping healthy joints and stuff. If you do it without all the formalities it can definitely make you feel better if your lifestyle is pretty sedentary. Full on yoga coupled with massage therapy is probably more what soldiers need.
Acronyms if your doing endurance It’s as follows Bend and reach Rear lunge High jumper Rower Squat bender Windmill Forward lunge Prone row Bent leg body twist Push up Hip Stability-Let me break some stuff Lateral leg raise Medial leg raise Bent leg lateral Raise Single leg tuck Single leg over MMD1-Very little sleep Verticalsx2 Lateralsx2 Shuttle Sprintx1 The command is next rank move forward get ready go.. MMD 2 Power skip x2 Crossover x2 Crouch run x2 Recover O.R ETS Gonna call home Overhead arm pull Rear lunge Etended flex Theigh Strech Single leg over Groin Strech Calf stretch Hamstring Strech Trust me it’s easier thank it looks
Also you have to get a 70 out of 100 for a go don’t forget to say your risk assessment and dismiss your Squad at the end free and easy points also conduct your AAR in the end and introduce yourself in the Beginning easy 1 point task go slow on the Cadence and remember your Basic training days you’ll do fine don’t stress
You should work on the inflection and fluctuation of your cadences. Other than that, great job! Although I’ve never done less than 20 reps each. Just me though. Good job
Sorry to ruin your parade but you can't simply use an updated video you stole to another outdated video from close to 11yrs ago. Not only is it unethical but also disgraceful. It's a shame you are unable to make your own content instead stealing it.
