You know at first I just saw this and I was like "hmm?? I'm gonna check out this anime" and then BAM I LOVE THIS ANIME! This scene was probably my favourite!! I just can't wait for them to come out with more episodes!!! But seriously- Arnold is definitely gonna kill this guy for flirting with his girl!
For some reason they aren’t saying it in the anime, but in the manga and novels it is revealed that the reason Rishe isn’t shocked or confused by Prince Kyle’s behavior here is because the over the top complementing is actually a standard custom in Coyollus, where he is from, and they revere women there so exaggerated chivalry is normal. Since they are stuck inside most of the year due to snowy weather, it became a normal practice to keep peace in the home. Rishe lived in Coyollus for several years during multiple lives, longer than she has lived in any one country other than where she was born overall, and lived and worked with and around Prince Kyle during most of that time so she is used to both the odd customs and him.
It is custom in Coyolles to be extremely complimentary of women because they are stuck inside, so much. That's what the manga reveals, but the show doesn't.
It isn't shown now but in the third novel (probably 2 season) it is revealed that Arnold's mother ( who literally gave him that scare on his neck because of her hatred towards his father and him) was the priestess of the goddess (worshipped in most countries), also, thought it's not clear, Arnold loved her very much. That is why when Kyle say the word " goddess" Arnold gets angry...
The part where rishi asked arnold that why did u look like that u were about to kill kyle he said he didnt show a silver of his true intension but 'his mind' cuz i was gonna he was flirting with u 😅😂
It wasn't jealousy I also thought he was jealous, but the truth is Prince Kyle referred rishe to the goddess, and on the other hand, we have arnold who doesn't believe to goddess word and hates churches too That's why in 2nd ep when rishe asked, "What's that beautiful tower over there?" (pointing at the church) arnold answered "it's a church and started talking about its clock only. " Where, In the upcoming season, when rishe asks theodore about the church, he starts talking about how useful the church is By the way Someone gave me their theory that> arnold is in a time loop, too, but opposite of rishe's time loop It means rishe's 7th live is arnold's 1st and rishe's 6th live was arnold's 2nd And they also said arnold told rishe that he is sorry when he hit rishe with his sword in rishe's 6th live IS THIS TRUE??
@@defnotcherryy well... as far as I read, the manga Arnold has fallen for rishe completely (I don't know if he's up to something or not), but they're so close It means arnold did change for her or maybe just acting...
