This song reflects on humility of Jesus Christ. He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death (Philippians 2:8) . The story of the Cross reflects on the love of Christ and the suffering He endured for our own sake. The price of salvation was already paid and our duty as Christians is to embrace Christ and keep meditating on the story of the cross.
