To get the kind of development that Arnold had, the real secret lies in the movements themselves. Don't just do open chain movements (limbs move freely in space, such as bench press and curls), also do closed chain movements (body moves while limbs stay concrete, such as squats, chin-ups, dips). You better work the muscles from both the origin and the insertion. Above all, always do full range of motion. Arnold believed in this, and science backs it up.

I was mesmerized by his physique you could tell straight away that this guy was on another level! Growing up in the era of the great Arnold himself is one of the greatest things in this life. This guy is an absolute legend! He is the definition of hard work & determination, This video has really helped me take a step in the right direction.
