4 years ago i discovered this video. I was 140 lbs, and hated going to the gym (i was working out for about a month then). The very first time i watched it i fell in love with bodybuilding. Now i weigh 190 lbs with 17 inch arms, and could really tell arnold schwarzenegger changed my life, as he did with many thousands of bodybuilders before me. Thank you Arnold, for showing me one of the best things in life, for showing me that you can really achieve what you want, if you put your heart in it.
@@virensamant3842 maaan, hahaha. Doin good. Still training. Rided on juice for some time... not worth it... libido was fucked up for a while, haha. Lifewise, since I first seen this video, have been through 2 relationships, heavy partying in between... lived in rented apartments, now have been able to buy my place. Well, a lot has happened since hahah
I remember from my childhood the 1981 Guiness Book of Records. It had a picture of Arnold and a caption: 'The most perfectly developed man in history.' Still true...
masterface2 Holy fuck, that bring back some real memories and makes me really nostalgic... Hell, I can't believe it was that long, life's too short, isn't it? ;~;

Firstly, Arnold is just a pure BEAST; no one will ever be as good as he was in his conditions. Secondly, I'm kind of amused by the diversity of comments on the music.
That's amazing. Now bodybuilders are much bigger then in 70's, but when we think about this sport, the numer 1 is obvious, its Arnold and its always be.
I remember the first time I saw this video, I started training. This is the second time I accidentally came across a video. : D: D :D My first training motivation :))))
I partly agree, but I think Arnold was genetically gifted. Sure, most guys could be pretty big if they put the effort in, but not many guys could be as big as Arnold was, no matter how hard they worked and no matter what steroids they took.

alex hunter screaming is normal, it gives more strength. probably mental strength which is powerful. i scream as well but i only really need it on heavy leg exercises like leg press for example.
well he was a bodybuilder from a totally different era...in that era bodybuilders weighted 40-50 pounds less than today's bodybuilders...just look pics from arnie and jay cutler....
