I FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! I saw on tiktok that a lady said not to fill the water too high. Don’t fill it to the max fill line. Leave about 1 inch of space. Your water should be about 1 inch below the fill line. After that, click the mist button (the third one) and then click the second button (the one with the cloud) and you should get more misting out. Now my humidifier is working!!!
I found the problem. If you just switch/replace the adapter it should work fine. I just found this out by using the adapter that is working on my current oil diffuser and connected it with the one that wasn't working.
Mine has 4x buttons (on/off - "+" "-" "Light") when I turn it on, sometimes it flashes but, does not work, I solved this by holding the "+" button for 30 seconds, my guess that resets the system
Pat Contant mine too!! Ugh. Were you able to fix it? The closest thing I could find was that it needs a new plate... but not sure if that’s the correct answer
@@alana1119 sadly the darn thing did not ever work again. I bought it from Avon. It was on sale for $40 but was originally $60+. And there is no plate to replace. I was happy as one of my friends gave me her YL diffusser but I miss my old one.
Pat Contant bummer!!! I completely took mine apart and tried many different things but I still couldn’t fix it! It’s hard when you find something you like! I’m sure there’s some sort of mechanical malfunction as to why everyone’s diffuser stops working... maybe it’s purposeful.
I have one for more than 10 years . And today it dsbt work anymore all what i did is i open it and change the small piece inside it took like 2 minutes
I finaly fix this problem, i clean with water again and again, it cant function because the sensor not clean.. And remember, dont leave the difusher with oil too long..
Mine stoped working before i went to bed. I of course unplugged it after trouble shotting didnt work. Pluged it in after watching this video and reading comments, so i wanted to try the 30second button hold, by the time i plugged it in and turned it on, it was working again, maybe it needed to cool off over night, either way i didnt get a chance to try the 30second button holding trouble shooting
