The podcast provided important updates on the status of Aromas Itinerarium Salutis' candidacy for the certification “Cultural Route of the Council of Europe”, a process supported from the outset by the Municipality of Riba-roja de Túria. AIS and Riba-roja de Túria share common goals, as discussed by the Mayor during the radio interview, with a focus on sustainable tourism. Jose Morales highlighted ongoing initiatives and projects in Education and Environment, which characterize Riba-roja de Túria and align with AIS's Action Plan.
