Sorry Lonely Planet, but the planet ain't so lonely anymore. His name is Damon and he's...putting the ex in expat, the solo in solo travel, and the lust in wanderlust as he learns about world cultures through dating them. I’ve just gotta say, Damon is one of the rare RU-vidrs who actually inspires me as a creator - his content is unique and original, and he puts so much effort into his stuff not just for the sake of pushing out content as fast as possible, but so that’s it’s high quality and has its own distinct voice and style!!

Damon, My reason for being this late to comment is because I was waiting on the day my new 4k LG OLEDTV would be delivered so I could watch it with my family in the living-room. I needed everyone to see the greatness that I *knew* you were about to deliver! This was so unique and is exactly what we need in a new travel show. There is nothing else like this on streaming platforms, the closest thing is Travel Man on Channel 4 and that show is a HIT here in the UK. I hope the right people see this because I'm excited for a series where you travel the world and get up to mischief! (Only note for improvement would be audio; clarity in narration and volume) Otherwise, perfection! You should be proud ♥

I feel like this would do well on like French or German television, I'm afraid you're too real and amazing for a fake, scripted Netflix show. And I truly hope they'll never try to change you but that you'll find someone who supports you as you are. I'd be so excited to see more of this! I'm half Romanian, half Polish, living in Germany (my families fled communism). We pretty much cut ties with the Romanian side of my family, so I grew up mainly within Polish culture. This is the most I have seen of the country and it's people outside of news and over-polished documentaries. It's so genuine. Thank you.

I enjoyed this quite a lot. Not the typical 20 best things to do in x y or z city. The old sculpture lady and the young people smoking was incredible, so raw and real. I am very gay, and so is you. It is very refreshing that you are showing this side of the story of dating around, meeting cool guys abroad, also how difficult it is to flirt with a guy thats hot but don't know if he's straight or just European. Just very cool in general. Get those coins baby and get those 80 dates, so we can watch them.

great romanian accent, Damon, i'm impressed. that batic moment with mama Țica was cinema gold. you reached some cultural aspects that show the point of your hybrid documentary is not just entertainment. by that i mean both traditional (mowing, costumes, types of alcohol, sports guy that has a girlfriend) and contemporary paradoxes, including trottinette riding in Bucharest as a sign that Little Paris is not dead or the queer youngs who'd like to change the world but somewhere else etc etc. i hope you will eventually find an exec that will help you achieve a decent financial appreciation for your projects, no big platform energy, just as alternative as your storyline. hugs

The production quality of this is absolutely INSANE DAMONN!! I love the style of this show, because it reminds me of those informational youtube videos on history, but also an indie movie (main character vibes are SO strong here and I’m obsesseddd), and a travel show/vlog at the same time.
