You should make them very realistic and that can added to a game! By doing a balance' ( stuff that has similar power and health as a final boss ) like Ragnarok , legionary crusher , kronos!
Also added some final boss and make a large map! With a giant box inside that has over powered bosses! I now is kinda hard work! But for entertainment purposes and for views
