I still have their live recording from when they were on SNL in 1992 (Christopher Walken show). Their live version of Tennessee just blew my out of my chair. Extremely well done.
Saw Arrested Development at Lollapalooza 1993 in Philadelphia. I didn't know much of their stuff (other than Tennessee). They were a really pleasant surprise. Maybe even my favorite act. Which is saying something because I was a big Alice in Chains fan. Top 3 were Fishbone, Arrested Development, and The Goats. All just seemed like they were having a great time up on stage.
if you're talking about when they were on SNL, it was October 24, 1992, Christopher walken host - which is why I'm here, wanted to hear the studio version, but the live version that night was awesome.
